What are you taking and how much?
Outside of this information, everyone is just guessing and no doubt it will be just that, a guess.

Poss if stop cycle now and a solid lump has not formed under nipple

Be aware tho, I have experinced worse gyno flare up when I used to suffer from it, after stopping aas and female hormone became dominant hormone in my body as nuts not producing, and gyno got worse

Suggest get some Ai or serm, poss proviron or masteron might put a halt to it if introduced to your cycle

any time this has happened to me i use tamoxifen and from the very first tab i got relief next day.
it happened to my friend on his second cycle i got him tams ,
pain went after 1st tab

Aromasin is my AI of choice, If gyno bad I'd probably go straight to 25mg pd till
its subsided, then run a maintenance dose of 12.5mg, although have used Nolva at 20mg pd

I dont rate aromasin myself but I do letro and adex for me.
I would run an AI during your cycle, save the SERMS for post cycle.

You could get an over the counter AI like Esto Suppress on next day delivery.
It's not ideal but would help untill you get delivery of whatever AI or SERM you've already ordered

If you get you AAS from a person rather then an internet site then usually they stock all of the AI's and SERM's mentioned in this thread so contact you man.
If you got them from an internet site then i don't know because i've never ordered over the net.
