Any specific ways, I drink plenty of water 5L pd, avoid salt though not as much as I thought looking at some of my food packaging ![]() I don't have any gyno symptoms (for a change) so don't really want to add an AI Any other ways? One other thing, I've read deca is bad for WR, and I've read deca is not bad for WR whats the deal?? I'm sure its not helping with my bp atm |

Well couple of things as I see it, might not apply but could be valid. Just because you don't feel estrogenic sides etc, doesnt mean your estrogen isn't elevated - just means it isn't elevated enough to develop blatant effects. So, if your estrogen were up, you would retain more sodium, which in turn retains water. Even taking in normal salt levels will casue this becasue you arent excreting it at the same rate. This could be one possibility, and maybe you are just susceptible to that - might be wise to run a mild dose of AI regardless. You could, as a test, try running 5 days of Aquaban, this works by encouraging your body to actually dump sodium, and since the water cant stay on its own, it gets expelled too. I use this with pretty extreme effect when I am getting folks to give me a lookover when prepping. Only thing is it can have abit of a rebound, but if you limit sodium this will be minimised. 5l of water should be ample intake. Deca does cause water retention with me, but having said that, I only really use it off season, where I don't pay particular attention to salt intake - maybe if I cut that, it would help... and you were taking it in conjunction with tren too werent you? I'd imagine in sensitive people, the two of them could produce quite a negative double whammy. Could be you have an alergy or sensitivity to a food additive or food type, this can drive water retention through the roof (and be life threatening in some circumstances). For instance, I do believe a lot of people are sensitive to cheap supermarket bread, but just don't know it, because this is the way they ahve always been, nothing to compare too. I only found out myself after my first show diet - all my life I had a big puffy face, within a couple of weeks of cutting bread, my face changed drastically. If i have a couple of slices after a few weeks without, it feels like my head is about to burst, my face puffs up etc etc... Could be something lurking like that... Great stuff there Rams, i too suffer from the puffy face syndrome although I prefer to call it high round cheek bones ![]() Having only started Deca/Tren Monday is it conceivable these are causing the WR and high bp? and will it just get worse the more they "kick in" so to speak? I'm probably going to cease the Tren and see how I get on with test/deca, if still probs Deca will go as well. In hind sight I feel exactly the same as when on Tren before, just never had bp checked then so didn't worry Have Aromasin on hand, perhaps 1/2 tab Aromasin will do the trick? Although I've read some reports that claim Aromasin does/can infact increase BP?? |

If I was in your position I would have no doubts and use an AI. Even men using TRT doses will eventually have increased levels of estrogen in response to the artificial spikes in T that occur. I do not know wether an AI would solve your BP problem but it would certainly help rather than hinder it. It may be that you drop down to a TRT dose of test only and increase this gradually to the level you wish to dose - monitoring BP to ensure no increase occurs. If you get here add in the other compounds one at a time and that way discover what is causing your high BP. Not the best cycle but good information to ensure future cycles are healthier and it may save you from a stroke or kidney failure!!! When taking your T split into as many doses as you can (within reason). Test E dosed at 1 x 500mg a week will increase estrogen to a greater extent than 2 x 250mg a week and if you split the dose over 3 days you would have less estrogen production again.
