Unhappy V/High Blood Pressure

Have been cruising on 300mg pwk for 4 wks, then e9d for 4 wks, previous to that
I was on a 600/200 test/tren 8 weeks
Have just started a blast of 750mg test/150mg Tren/300mg Deca, front loaded
with 100mg winny and prov, Only started on Monday this week.

I've not felt too bad but have noticed I've bloated a bit, then I blew my nose
and noticed a slight bit of blood, so I went to ASDA for a free blood pressure test.

Fvck me, first reading was 185/109 second was 186/111

Now it was night and I had eaten approx 40 mins previous but them readings
are sky high

The lady who did it told me to go see Doc tomorrow and if I feel faint or Dizzy
have a lie down.
I looked at the scale ie they have about 7 differing groups, this reading was 2nd from
the top

I can normally tell when the bp goes up as my hands get puffy and and the tips
tingle a bit, not had much of that but what do I do next??

Re: V/High Blood Pressure

seems like youve got 2 choices mate

1- go to the docs get bp taken again, if high again tell him what supplements your taking so he can prescribe medication if needed for you ,

2- do nowt and risk having a stroke, heart attack, and anything else associated with hbp ,

Couldn't buy the machine as the band its supplied with wouldn't go round my
arm

She's getting one in for me tomorrow, will go to Asda tomorrow to get it done

Anything else that lowers bp, foods, sex

Re: V/High Blood Pressure

Its something that happens to me mate.
Tren is notorious for higher blood pressure.

You can lower it pretty fast with some cellery juice.

That is considered Stage II stroke range mate.
Risk is rather high with those numbers.

Re: V/High Blood Pressure

well i would sack th deca and tren and just use 750 test, i only generally use 500 test now, although i have added 200 deca for 5 weeks lol,,,,,, i just cruise on 250mg once every 2 weeks too..

its not worth risking your health over a bit of muscle, i tried oxy a few weeks ago and only lasted 6 days on em, my strength nearly doubled, i got injured, felt like crap and put nearly a stone on!!!

just test for me now, oh along with calories and cardio!!

Re: V/High Blood Pressure

stop buying premixed gear you tool bag til you know how the isolated components affect you on their own.

ps cutting a big artery and vein will lower it instantly

Re: V/High Blood Pressure

tel, posting from my death bed, on iphone as know your worried.

i would suggest cuff was too small, happens to me all time, amount arguments with docs who say its not, then they get a bigger one to humour me, low and behold its not super high any more.

makes a huge differance

get a omron m6 comfort cuff from medisave
