Re: V/High Blood Pressure

In all seriousness though, every right to be concerned, certainly at the very least wouldnt dabble with so many compounds or use premixes as you are limited a bit there...

Diet + docs may be sensible

Re: V/High Blood Pressure

Lowering the dosage/dropping the cycle altogether won't lower it instantly, it might take a couple of days/weeks. I would see a doctor to get some blood pressure medication, it's not worth the risk mate.
All the best, hope you get over it soon, it's a right pain in the as.

Re: V/High Blood Pressure

yeh try and lower any salt intake should you have any, increase your water intake, lower any sugary carbs should you eat any, and go and get it checked properly as like other people have said often its just because the cuff is to small for your arms (its great getting told by the doc or pharmacist your blood pressure is ok its just becuase youve got huge arms ) but on a serious note thats a very high diastolic number and id try and get it looked at as soon as possible

Re: V/High Blood Pressure

OK but beware of hidden salt - there's a lot even in most bread!

As has been said, make sure you're well hydrated.

And walk about normally as much as you can. Being sedentary is a BP raiser.

a slice of bread alone has 0.5g of salt in it. it actually annoys me how much salt some foods have in them :( like a can of beans is like 3g salt!

makes a huge differance

get a omron m6 comfort cuff from medisave
I was just about to say this, i had mine done the other week at the docs, and it came back rediculous and the doctor was looking at me funny. I asked them to try a larger cuff and all was well. I rememeber the same problems a few years ago before an OP i has to have.
