what dose would you guys recommend using adex at to help relieve water retention? i put my hands up and admit iver messed it up myself, diet has gone to cr@p, too much sugar and junk food. ive cleaned up my diet, reduced sodium intake ect. so what dose should i hit the adex at? was thinking 1mg eod for first few days then 0.5mg eod?? the water retention is a problem i need to reduce asap, severe shin splits, back pumps and headaches. at 263lbs i just dont feel comfortable!!!

0.5mg EOD.... but I would suggest the changes to your diet will make the difference primarily.

yeah thats true. do you think 1mg eod would be overkill? im looking for a quick reduction as i cant bare it atm.

AIs just control water from excess estrogen. They can't control bloat from diet.

just thought id update this, ive lost 6 pounds since i started using the dex, i used 1mg thur, 1mg sun night, i feel and look a lot better for it. no back pumps ect. should i now run it for the duration of my cycle if so what dose? was thinking 0.5mg e3rd? just to keep water off a bit but without hindering my progress
