I would say thats a sensible idea. You are not going to be able to givwe it your all over xmas i no and ure diet will suffer. Not the best either being on cycle or during a pct.

For a pct after this i would say clomid at 100mg for 10 days and 15 days at 50mg. nolva at 40mg for 10 days then 20mg for 15 days.

Some may say over kill but better safe than sorry IMO.

I think I will just bite the bullet after the new year and have a jab!! As much as I hate the thought of it, Ive read alot on here about people saying its nothing and they dnt feel it etc.

Just gotta find someone else to do it for me! I dont think I'll be able to do it myself!! lmao

if you got someone else to do it for you jabbing isnt a problem. no pain really. i cant do it myself yet thought due to nerves

scott would you say that running clomid on its own is better than nolva on its own, i do personally but most people jump straight for nolva and thats if they even ruc PCT @ all!

Nolva only sucks.
I have yet to see one guy suggest nolva only.
This suggestion comes from BigCat's profile of serms.

They use clomid to diagnose secondary aquired hypogonadism, not nolva.

Is it a better SERM for gyno?...............Yah
is it a better SERM for the HPTA?.......... NO!!!!!!!!!!

yh m8 i remember you explaining that before to me when i 1st used nolva only as a pct when i knew nothing and only did a oral only cycle!

Now i have learnt a few things mainly from you when it comes to cycles and also PCT, AI's and serms etc (many thanks for that) thats why tbh i have gone to injectables as they are better for you in terms of health and also gains and i am sure the starter of this thread will do the same (remember scott when i wouldnt do injectables and got shot down by that american board, and it turned out that most of them didnt know $hit when you went on there lol) sorry bit of a hijack there lol
