Been there lol. Quad muscles started twitching like hell! I knew what was going on and it still scared me!

This is why you should slide the needle into the muscle nice and slow.

If you touch a nerve you'll know immediately and can pull out without doing any real damage. Massage well after pulling out.

A dull ache sometimes shows you've touched a blood vessel - but it's not necessary to pull out. Just make sure to aspirate. And press on the wound with a clean tissue for a few seconds and massage well after.

Inject right glute, no probs, barely feel it, left- hit nerve every fcking time, ar$e cheek like a dart board. I go in slow though, so slow the skin will over grow the syringe one day -mardass.

tried again in my glute yesterday but used the advice and massaged loads compared to normal and im fine this time! no pian what so ever
