dboll & deca

hi, I would like to know the best way to take dianabol and deca as I have taken them before( but not at same time) and although they are very good it seems to me that once you have stopped taken it you lose everything you have gained, is there any way around this that i dont lose everything and keep a good lot of my gains?
Is it also good to take dbol & deca at the same time?
I hope you can help me as there is always someone at the gym who has different ways and formulas to take it but i would rather hear it from you guys as you know what your talkin about.

Your bound to loose some of your gains especially as most of your d-bol gains will be water retention, but did you do any form of PCT? as that will attribute to keeping your gains?

Do a search on d/bol and deca cycles and you will see why they are not a great combination. More than likely you lost your water weight from both compounds. You would have better results if you used test as the base for your cycle followed by nolva/ clomid pct.

dbol & deca

sorry for soundin a bit thick but what is PCT? I have only been training seriously for a year so i'm just getting used to the terminology u guys use. I didnt take anything after my course finished if thats what you mean

there are a number of things wrong here

1, deca and dbol is NOT a good cycle, don't run deca without a test base

2, you've only been training a year, you don't need to be using dbol and deca

3, you don't know what PCT (post cycle therapy) is

I am looking to start a new cycle in a few weeks, can you tell me what i should go for either deca or dbol and what i should take with them for great results and how i can keep some of my gains preferably more than less? When I was on the deca i done it with sus and when i was on the dbol i done it on its own but took 8 tablets a day but didnt take nolva/clomid PCT afterwards.

Stu,
I have been training on and off for a few years but I was more into football and only went to the gym in between football practice and when the season finished but because i wasnt really seeing the gains that my mates were getting I got bored with the training and stuck with football but because of a knee injury I have giving football a miss for nearly two years and concentrated on the gym and because i got a few gains I never miss the gym.
I also never took both dbol and deca together but I have taken them at different times. As you know there are people in all gyms that seem to know the best way to take cycles but they arent correct thats why I am asking the forum because you guys know what your talking about.
