Week 5

Me and Rufus Stone (my training buddy) are on week 5 of a 600mg ew test cycle.
This is my first cycle (NOT his first cycle) and to start with I didnt think I would hack it as the injection sites were very painful but after some painkillers now the injections are a real breeze no painkillers needed.
When started training my weight was 9.12st Im 6ft.
I trained for 2 months eating good diet and got up to 12st then started this cycle its now week 5, week 6 starts Mon and Im 13st can see the difference feeling great and training harder and harder every week.
I may push the cycle to 15 weeks depend on how things go.

My question is if we run to 15 weeks can we go straight into a cutting cycle with something like primobolan?
Should we carry on the Test while using primobolan?
Whats peoples thoughts is this a good or bad idea?
If good then what kind of doses and length of cutting cycle is normal?
The reason I say primobolan is rufus has used it before and said he had good results with it.

if it was me, i would stay on the test as i did my cuting, so 20-24 weeks, but thats me. i have never used primobolan so cant help you with that.

No nearly 3 stone in 3 months and when I started was very under weight.
Had split from my girlfriend 6 months before and that was the point decided I wanted to do something about my weight.
The part you quoted is 9.12st to 12stone is just over 2 stone gain

You have only beed training 2 months and now your on a cycle? And your looking to run a 15 week bulk then straight onto a cut with primo?


I dont think your mate is giving you the best advice


I would worry about primo, id up your protein and keep diet clean and quite test at week 12 and start pct week 15


then spend time researching for next cycle

ah ok, not saying your lying mate, I just like hearing peoples progress and stuff and what theyve achived, just being nosey, was you on a cycle when you gained that or 2 months natural?

I was similar and very underweight, people who are underweight seem to explode the lighter they are, i was similar when i first started out.

I did a short 4 weeks on naposims but think I would have gained like that anyway. I was eating
0500 100g oats, raisins, banana, milk and weight gain in blender
0800 200g chicken 300g pasta with sauce on top
1000 200g chicken 300g pasta with sauce on top
1200 200g chicken 300g pasta with sauce on top
1400 at least 16oz of jacket potatoe with loads of cheese
1600 6 eggs and a bagel
1800 at least 16oz jacket potatoes with loads of cheese
2000 protein drink
21.00 cottage cheese and fruit
bed sleep till 0500
I wished I taken pictures of me at 9.12 but didnt as wouldnt let anyone see me with no top on but have pictures of me with tops on. I took measurement before starting this cycle and will take more at week 10 then before I end cycle

Primo is more anabolic than androgenic mate, wouldn't be a good idea to drop the Test after suppressing the HPTA for 15 weeks. Don't think it would be a good idea to carrying on blasting on whatever for another 15 weeks etc either.

Do you really need to go on a cutting cycle at 13 stone and 6 foot though??

Better off keeping diet/training nailed, finish the rest of your cycle and hit PCT IMO. Either that or cruise on TRT Test if you don't think you'll be off long enough to put the body through a pointless PCT.

Would be a good idea to get bloods done though bud.

K so I will just do my 15 weeks test then PCT Rufus (my training bud) he will need to cut whats your advice for him he said he did well on primo but hes that old he cant remember what he did it with and doses so whats your advice
