NO, accutane is NOT ok. It murders your liver and a bunch of other things.

Try this instead:
5% bp cream
aloe vera juice
zinc 50mg a day
Vit A
Physllium husk powder

Combine these 5 products and consistently take them for 3 weeks. You will be clear

FFS have you actually tried it?

Its a harsh med yes, but if you have bad acne, you'd rather put up with some dry fckin lips than a pizza face....

If you have a few spots of course its not worth using, but if you have been medically certified with acne IT IS THE BEST MED TO USE.

I used it with AAS and found it to be fine, no real harsh side and that was on 60mg per day.

As said you will be fine the multi vits and protein etc are not related at all.

Re: someone put my mums mind at rest pls

Go for it mate i had bad acne of my chest and back, i was prescribed accutane by the dermatologist, I was on it for 6 months @ 40-60mg ED, side effects were cracked lips, dry eyes, ears, nose and mouth. Bloods came back fine all liver values etc were within normal range and ill be honest i was out getting blathered every weekend i was 17 at the time.

If your gettin it from the dermo you might aswell try it your going to be monitored closely. I had bad acne allway through my teenage years and these so called side effects meant nothing when i realised how quickly the acne was disappearing!

All this been said it depends how much your acne bothers you!

Also i wont pretend to know it all but if you got serious acne on your back and shoulders and you have had it for years, no matter what anyone says 99% of time vitamin supps, tea tree oil, b vitamins, aloe vera etc isnt going to do squat.
It might work for people on cycle, post cycle etc but there could be other factors getting rid of their acne like just recovering after a cycle!
