| Sexy Moderator | Ok, Imadgine this... You weigh yourself saturday night after working out and you are a nice 207lb (3lb increase in 1 week on cycle) Now, you weigh yourself tonight, you look at the scales and they read 213lb!!!!!!! 6lb since saturday night! Which means so far, in 1 and a bit weeks i have gained 9lb. I think the Anadrol is defiantally kicked in! ![]() The good thing is, at the moment i am not looking to bloated Yes i am holding water, and can esp tell around my stomach (abs starting to disappear) but im not worried, because they are gonne look so much better when the water drops off! ![]() Well, guess im on a high tonight ![]() Paul

| Sexy Moderator | No Mr T, i use 3 with Milk 600Kcal (+200 Milk) = 800Kcal * 3 = 2400Kcal 52g Protien(+20milk) = 72g Protien * 3 = 216g Protien 88g Carbs (+10milk) = 98g Catbs * 3 = 294g Carbs 6g Fat (+6 Milk) = 12g * 3 = 36g fats Ok, so my other calcs were a little out, but there about right I forgot to mention i mix it with a pint and half milk, sorry
