hi there people,just a quick question,im thinking of a winstrol only cycle and have zambon winny at hand! i was planning on 50mgs eod for a period of 4-6 weeks,im currently 12% body fat but i wish to sharpen up my game as this drug is a regular for athletes in track and field events! im going to have a high protien diet as i wish to harden up and with all my cv work 3 times a week im sure its achieveable! advice please many thanks

well what you got to rememeber that winny is a muscle harder. is it really worth running on its own? as you harden up but it wont last forever.

imo its not worth doing.

I used balken 50mg winstrol cycle and it beefed me up a lil and ripped me up pretty good . I was pyramiding them 1 one day 2 the next and one the next and so on and it really helped me big time. im an athletic guy do a lot of sport and gave me that edge I never had before. but as oliver roberts states it wont last forever but remember NO steroid last's forever when you stop taking them fact!

well thats true no gear lasts for ever.

but i just dont see the point in getting hardened up unless your going into shows ect. or off on holiday to strut your stuff.

but if you really want to achieve it then have a go. but i cant really advise that well on winny as never run it. some 1 with more knowledge will no more than me. see what comments you get

All come's dont to what your actual goal is. where do you want to get to by taking gear i.e. lean hard defined muscle for the more athletic look or do ya want big guns etc?

depending on what your goal is will answer wether you want to run winny or another substance mate.

just out of curiosity how old are ya mate and how long have you been training??

25 years been training on and off for around 8 years,13 stone with approx 12% body fat,am in good shape but wot im looking for is that slightly more defined look and that little extra edge as you stated as i do alot of sport! all advice is taken in to account and above replys thanks very much

my advice would be to try forfill you body's natural potential before considering steroids. ok it'll be long hard work but ya still have to work hard when your on gear coz it aint like magic as people think ya pop a few pills and wham ya massive. I personally would advise ya to go natural until you feel you are not getting any better physique also look at ya diet and maybe drop a new thread on here and im sure some people wil be willing to help you in many ways.

you will get more satisfaction from going natural IMO!

please,people,there is no such thing as a 'hardner' its just a name tagged onto a drug years ago,its not what actually happens,also to those stating above that winny 'ripped them up' that is also a load of garbage,it will do no such thing.

Personally i wouldnt look to run something like this on its own unless i was in my final cple weeks going into a show with paper tissue thin skin.

A low dose cycle of test will give you what yuo are looking for,just keep your diet clean if your looking to tighten up,even run the winny alongside the test for better effect if need be,but i would wait till the bulk of th test cycle was over and run the winny once bodyfat had been reduced.

Each to their own but at your bf i would consider taking it for what you are after. I've done many Win only cycles and it gave me what you are wanting.
You may not keep everything from it but i came off for over 7 months and still looked the same even if some of the hardness and strength faded. Everyone will have a different view but also everyone's bodies react differently.. worth a try imo.
