you just need to put up with it... the pain will go in a couple of days or so.

why inject in the bicep in the first place, unless you have huge guns of course

Re: i inject my Bicep with sus250 help
I started off with bicep injection before glutes or thighs and I once did something wrong, which stopped me doing anymore. Down the side of my arm to my elbow turned red and a lump collected on the inside of my elbow. I assume I missed the muscle and maybe hit the lymphatic system to cause it to leak down. It was sore for a few day and took 4 weeks for the redness to clear up and the lump to go down. I had a compression bandage on but it made no difference.

can you tell us where you jabbed the bi, what pin you used, are you experienced with self injecting (done other areas etc), good clean techniqe?
I did bi's for the first time recently and it was a bit achy for a few days but certainly didn't stop me doing anything....I actually enjoyd the pain as I think it's doing good (
).
I'd say I have a very good technique though.

injecting sus into your bicep doesnt sound like a very good idea to me mate. has it turned red and feels hot to the touch? if so its probably infected and you need to visit your gp.

The normal reasoning behind it is if you get an infection and it turns nasty (abscess) and you need it opened up there is not a lot of meat in the bi and you could nearly lose the whole thing.
Thats why they say the glute, if it gets nasty you can hide it and plenty of meat.
Although i do delts and always have so i can't talk

from my experience sus is one of those compounds that can have a really bastard pip so i'd imagine it would be better of being injected into a big muscle ie glute. also (and i could be wrong for assuming this) it sounds like he may be quite inexperienced and i think spot injecting small muscle groups is something best left to experienced users because of the potential nerve damage of poor injection technique.

Re: i inject my Bicep with sus250 help
sust will hurt the first few times you put it anywhere. the short acting test has a real kick to it. but after a few goes it should be fine. first time i shot my bi's they were sore as hell for about five days. also 1 hour is far too soon for it to be any sort of infection. so as long as you put it in the right place and your injection protocol was good, you should be ok.

Re: i inject my Bicep with sus250 help
i wouldnt spot inject my bi's tri's or any other small muscle group unless i was working that muscle that day.....

Totally agree. There's always the off chance the worse case scenario could come true, no matter how long you've been using, and I know which part of my anatomy I'd least prefer it to happen to.
The chances are very small if following hygienic injection protocols, and use quality labs/brands, but people win the Lottery almost every single week of the year, even though the odds are 14 Million to one - sh1t happens.
