Hey Grid

Yes, Been back on it properally for just over a week now after the migrane, about 20ml left in bottle 1

Body fat is very low, and also lost at least 1" on my waist, couple of pairs of work trousers now need a belt that didnt before.

Im gonna have an ab workout tonight so my stomach is pumped, so that i can see where i need to work on, as i can see areas which i have missed with the HELIOS now, Like indents in the skin... powerful stuff!!

Yes, so far so good - Excellent Stuff!!!

Paul do you think the fat loss is simply due to good diet/cardio and the T3 etc or it the fat loss definitly localised?

Bit of both really mate

Diet was cleaned up as ive just finished PCT, its hard to tell cause im only 10%ish anyway, but id say its defiantally localised, esp around my waist

Gang

Still loving this stuff, done a total of 8ml last week and really, really starting to notice it working now. My serratuis and upper abs are awsome and ive easliy lost over an inch on my waist.

But....

Ive got some serious bruising over my abs this weekend. Woke up saturday and clare noticed it 1st.

Looks like ive gone 12 rounds with mike tyson and all hes done is hit my abs!

Anyone know if this is anything to worry about? Still there today also

can't think of anything about the abs but can't say i'm not liking the sound of this stuff, got to be pricey though...

I would have thought the brusing was just from a nicked vein,

Its all going too SA80

Had 2 weeks off it, started to get a lot of hardened tissue under my skin, like spots, so gave it a rest and they went.

Started doing 4ml a day no, 2ml morning and 2ml night, started that yesterday so see he is goes.

ALl in all, I love the stuff, but i will give it a rest for a few months once i finish off my stock ;)

I'm 3 years late on this thread, but I want to ask.... In the absence of Helios, would clen and yohimbine hcl mixed with DMSO and applied topically work? Of course, not as well as injectible, but perhaps any?
