ok

2 days in, and already noticeing results, abs are getting more defined and i feel tighter around the stomach.

Didnt bother doing any today, as wednesdays are my day off the gym, so i see no point, just done 80mcgs Clen / 50mcgs T3 orals as normal

Running Clen @ 80mcgs 2 days on 1 day off and t3 @ 50mg ED

Im doing the HELIOS morning and night on training days which is another 40mcgs Clen per shot

Not much to report...

Been lead up with a sevear migrane since wedsday :(

Only got over it on Sunday morning :( :(

Still got a slight headache today, but hopefully i`ll get back into training tonight

Almost a week with no training, and no food, i reckon im about 6lb down in weight and feel crap atm.

I injected some Helios this morning, and will again tonight before training, so i`ll start afresh this week

Hows things going Paul? you must be half way through the bottle now. Any more sides? how is the weight coming off? Also has Claire been using it? how are her results?
