 | muscle memory is a beautiful thing Hi Gang You may remember i had a bit of a roufh time with the acne so i had 4 months off the gear as well as stopping training for 6 weeks due to working in a bar! During this period i shrank to almost nothing! Well i am now 4 weeks into this cycle weeks 1-4 30-60mg Anabol ED (increasing over the weeks) weeks 1-6 250mg Sust every 3 days My weight has gone up 18lbs in 4 weeks, sure a lot is water but i am back to my biggest size ever again in a very short space of time, with minimal changes to my bodyfat!!! Happy Days!!!!

| so there is a god after all!!! he he Very very easy to get back to what you where, making new progress i guess will be the hard part. just cant believe how well my body has responded for a quite a small and short cycle! (compared to my past ones)

| no pics yet lads, i still look fat with the water and my body hair has gone ape (no pun intended) Have finished the bols now and have a few shots of sust left. taken a couple of nolva this week just to get rid of a little oestrogen too. Am hopefully due to start a very short and light 3 weeks of T3 whilst owaiting for the sust to wear off then i will have another 5 weeks of dieting before my hols
