Preventing Hairloss - PRODUCTS
Hi guys,

I'm sure most people have heard of Proscar/Propecia for helping prevent male pattern baldness. I'm posting this here because I think its relevent given that AAS use can accelerate this condition.

I have been researching alternatives to this 'drug-based' approach and have found several companies offering shampoo's, conditioners and topical lotions which can effectively neutralise the effects of DHT activity in the scalp.

I for one would rather use a special shampoo every morning as opposed to taking a drug with potential long term side effects.

If there is sufficient interest in these products I am considering importing them directly into the UK so would appreciate any thoughts/feedback that people may have?

Haven't had any problems with hairloss so far, but if it occurred, I would definitely be interested.
What sort of prices are they?

Hi mate,

The topical lotion formula from the main company i'm looking at is
£60 for a 3 month supply. Secondary to that (ie nice but not essential) are shampoo and conditioner would most likely be about £14 per 12oz bottle which i'm guessing should last a fair while.

Discounts would be available for '3 month supply combination packs'

I am looking at several companies, so these prices are rough guidelines
