Finishing my cycle - Come off with PCT or stay on??? - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Right, just coming to the end of my cycle of 2ml of Deca and 2ml of Test 400 per week. Initial plan was to always come off and do my PCT as usual.

I have recently been in talks with someone (ex bodybuilder) who said he would help and prep me. I told him my plan for my cycle and he said that when I had finished my current cycle to go straight onto a new cycle of 1000mg of test per week (for a nice simple cycle).

I asked about doing a PCT and time off first and he said that going straight on to a test only cycle would be fine.

What you guys reckon on this? Straight on or time off? Would like to see what JW etc have to say on this.

Straight onto a gram of test per wk, sounds a lot, lol. Maybe just cruise on 1ml a week for a while then up the dose again?

Well initially i thought this was the case. Come off with PCT or cruise for a little while. Not sure what the disadvantages of going straight on to 1g per week would be!

id cruise on 250mg -500mg for 10 weeks then up the dose to 750mg-1000mg a week.

What would be yoru reasoning behind this?

you've just had a big cycle on test and deca.having a cruise on just a maintenance dose of test would give your body a rest.that way,when you add the 1000mg of test the gains will shoot up again instead of drying up slowly.

its the same as doing any cycle.after a certain amount of weeks, gains start to dry up so you need "time off" so to speak.

ive been running hcg throughout mine aswell to aid recovery.

That was my initial idea. Just when I was recommeded go straight onto 1000mg of test i got me asking these questions

well try it out mate..go with 1g this time then cruise on a maintenance then ramp it up again......?

id seek further advice though mate.maybe pm a few knowlegable guys.they might go into the science behind it.taking about receptors etc etc

I was discussing cruise/blast with Prodiver last night as I've just started my blast this morning... like anything, if you do enough of it your body gets used to it. It sounds to me like your body would respond better cruising on a low dose of test for 6-8 weeks then ramping it right up - but of course I will defer to the more experienced guys.

im the same after a good cycle..i want to add more compounds and grow and grow but sadly it doesnt work like that :(

what blast have you started mate...? did you cruise or totally come off?

I cruised, though it was a high cruise. Blast is test, tren and an oral.

im doing the same from monday. test/tren and dbol

willsey, ive been crusing for roughly 12 weeks now and have kept nearly all my strength from my last blast.i have lost some size though i admit as im cutting but i do rate cruising on a maintenance dose especially if you keep up the diet and training.

im only going on what ive been advised but atleast 6-8 weeks is enough time to your body to adjust again.

but ive read that alot of guys do 10 weeks on 10 weeks cruise continuously.

ive done 12 weeks on 12weeks cruise twice now and will come off after this. im amazed i lasted this long though as you want to get back on but its worth the weight
