Question Planning ahead

Ok So I have been working away at my diet and finding out how my body likes to work e.g. what time it needs to repair and stuff.
Thinking ahead about 3/4 months and I guess it will be about time to try my first cycle. I want to go for the injection types as I hear bad things from you guys on here about the oral ones.

What type of cycle should I be looking at and what other things will I need to take with them?

I was thinking this way after reading the Chris Report.
I'm working to the same plane as he did at the moment.

chris hart trained for quite some time before using gear

dont ever compare your progress to someone else

you arent him, you are R1 MAD

its like me following the plan of dorian in his book....it just wont happen

there are too many variables in life to follow someone elses progress

mick hart would have devised the game plan as chris progressed....taylored to chris alone

Agree with Jimmy here, you gotta get your diet + training routine sorted for at least a year before considering steroids.

I know where you are coming from bro, when I was 19 I had a training partner who offered my some gear, I thought a lot about it but in the end I turned it down. I trained naturally for another year and gained around another 10kgs naturally before I hit up my first cycle.

Trust me mate, Jimmy knows what he is talking about, don't rob yourself of the natural gains you can achieve, once you have hit your natural peak you can then think about using roids...

Jock

If that is your diet in your post R1 then add some protein to meal 1

Try the supplement rout first and get some time under your belt first at the gym.

I will give you a few good reasons tho for lifting for some time first.
First thing is your connective tissue. Your muscle will grow and along with your muscle growth your connective tissue will get stronger to accomidate the stronger muscle.
Also your bone density (marrow) will get more dence (thicker) to accomidate your stronger connective tissue.

When using steroids the muscle grows stronger in perportion to the connective tissue.
Those bicep tears, pec tears and other tears are a result of lifting heavy and having very strong muscles and the connective tissue not being able to keep up with the growth in strength of the muscle.

Bone (breaks) take about 6 weeks to heal.
Connective tissue takes about 8-12 weeks.
Muscle takes about 5 days.

Another reason to sort things out first before doing a cycle is your diet.
Diet is probably 80% and maybe even more than that in gaining muscle or losing bodyfat.
Food is like a drug in the sence some foods can cause the body to do certain things. There are foods that can help the thyroid, some foods can block estrogen, some foods can clean the body out, etc etc etc.....

Getting the diet sorted first and foremost the gains will come almost immediate.

Also when you modify your training to go with the diet, you can get stronger, leaner, more muscle mass.

Just jumping into the gear without sorting the above out is a mistake. Many people do it and I can tell the guys on gear and not.

There is no magic bullit here and gear is not for the lazy ones who wont or dont know how to sort out their diet and training.

But utlimatly it is your decision and yours alone.

Not to mention the health risks involved in taking gear.

If you do decide to do gear it wont be your last. Almost everyone who uses gear will continue to use gear.

I have had friends use gear and after they go off of their cycle the quit lifting.
They felt there is no need as the gains wont come while off cycle. Sad really...

Thanks,

Well I'm just educating my self at the moment. I want to get it right and I will never know if I'm thinking right or not if I don't ask questions.
It seams like I really want to get on the gear but that's not me at all. I like the whole natural thing. I'm just impatient lol
What type of thing would you suggest adding to meal 1 then to help boost the protein?

R1 protein like either some eggs or some whey in your oats.
I use 1 scoop of whey for every 1/2 cup (uncooked) oats.
So maybe even a couple of scoops in the oats and a couple of eggs for that bananna.

Conner, dont stress too much your nautral potential is better than mine due to age. But I do know guys that look awesome at even 50 years old.
Had an old friend that did 315 on bench on his 50th birthday.

Smart diet and good training can take you farther than guys who take gear and dont know what they are doing.
This is especially true for the guy trying to get lean.
