"chest and bi's, forget the thighs" is commmonly used in most roider gyms as your legs wont look tight and sexy in a t-shirt. its obvious that training legs is for idiots or for people who have lots of time on there hands and who are mentally insane. such excercise as squats and calf raises are long forgotten and bench press machines and preacher benches will be replacing all leg work eqiupment in the near future. |

A hardgainer will find it extremely difficult to gain weight due to a superhuman genetical defect that results in a super fast metabolism. Unfortunatley this defect means that they need to eat 10x as much as JW007 (See Hulk). Hardgainers cannot partake in lifting heavy weights(See lifting heavy) due to the sheer weakness of their muscles and instead opt for isolation exercises in order to "feel the burn". Many hardgainers take the approach of doubling their protein intake to two scoops a day! However, due to their fast metabolism, this crazy amount of protein doesn't go far and many see it as a waste of money. In order for hardgainers to reap maximum benefits from such vast amounts of protein they need to load up on Creatine (Citation needed). |
