I Used to be Massive

term used by skinny pencil necked BETAS to describe their once proud ALPHA ROIDED UP status.

In actual fact the said BETA probably was an OXYMORON bloated up on water and gyno from all the NAPS and never actually built up any muscle at all.

Normally mates with Pea Head

been using naps 30m per day 15m in the morn and 15m on eve had some results been on them for 3 weeks need advice on cycles and training tips thanks people
