Test - 600 mg week Tren - 300 mg week clen - (140mcg) 3 tablets daily T4 - 300mcg (3 tablets daily) Winstrol - 50mg (1 tablet daily) 5 ephedrine - every day 1 Aromasin EOD week 1 - Test 600 mg, 3ml tren,win,clen,t4 week 2 - Test 600 mg, 3ml tren,win,clen,t4 week 3 - Test 600 mg, 3ml tren,t4,win week 4 - Test 600 mg, 3ml tren,t4,win week 5 - Test 600 mg, 3ml tren,t4,clen week 6 - Test 600 mg, 3ml tren,t4,clen week 7 - Test 300 mg, 3ml tren,t4,win week 8 - Test 300 mg, 3ml tren,t4,win week 9 - 3ml tren,t4,win,clen week 10 - 3ml tren,t4,win,clen Just curious if theres any point running so much test? or if not any test at all , would you recomend 300 mg of test instead of 600mg to keep water retention and bloat down? im doing this cycle hopefully for a contest in october..my last cycle was very similar to this except without the epherdrine and was only 5 weeks long my results were drastic i went from 15 stone 6 to 13.5 stone in such short time. also this time round will be adding in 2 hours cardio every day instead of just the 1 like i did last time lol. below is the end result from my last 5 week cutting cycle, will more than likely make a journal of my 10/12 week cycle coming up but would really appreciate some information on whether to use the test at 300 mg of 600.. Cheers, my weight in that photo is 13.5 im 19 years old and have been training just under a year now. Since coming off my cut ive stook to that weight due to sticking to me keto diet and doing morning and afternoon cardio. stats arent too impressive really as didnt really go for strength or weight gain on this cycle, erm, im repping 235 kg for 3 sets of 6 reps on deadlift and bench is 125 for 4 sets of 6 if thats anything lol, not sure what my 1 rep max is on either lol. any information on whether to run 300mg of test or 600 for my cycle? heres the photo as promised ![]() thank you for your comments guys, really wish i made a journal now for my previous diet lol Last edited by BigBiff; 16-06-2009 at 02:07 AM. |

Ill let the more experienced talk about dosages on a cut but my question is why cut if your not competing? You've already hit a fairly low body fat. Very very impressive physic imo. im competing in my first competition in October, so in 2/3 weeks time when i start my next cycle it should leave me just before the date of the competition! im 5ft 11, yes i have some photos somewhere of when i first started training and got nooby gains and started snapping away immediatly lol will post them up for you

600mg will not be too much mate, i wouldnt drop it down to 300 on week 7 or 8, keep it at 600mg ew. Run the winny at 75mg ed i found this a good dose and gave good hard dry results. Some test prop in there would be good. But keep the diet clean and you will be looking well for stepping on stage good luck bud.

Also keep the cardio at a slow steady pace for 45mins 5times a week before breakfast on an empty stomach. I found this worked wonders for stripping the fat and keep the muscle!
