Human Growth Hormone Avice

I am looking for a bit of advice please.

I am a 27 year old male..

I train 5 days a week and play, rugby and cricket.

Currently I do

Monday Chest & Biceps & Rugby in the evening
Tuesday Legs
Wednesday Back & Triceps & Rugby In the evening
Thursdsay Shoulders & Calves & Cricket
Friday Rest
Saturday Match day

I eat a really balanced diet, loads of protien, I use MP MAX after training and eat Chicken Turkey, veg, and some Carbs like wholewheat pasta, Brown Rice, and Potatoes..I drink 3 litres of water every day

I also use Udo's choice

I work in the drinks industry so sometimes I may drink mid week, but mainly its a few quiet beers on the weekend..I don't binge ever

Despite living clean I really battle to loose the last 5 -6 KGs and ever get really lean...

So I have been thinking about taking some HGH 200 units 4-5 units per day monday to friday

My research indicates that this may be the answer? Is it...or is there another better alternative!

Any advice or help would be appreciated

Re: Human Growth Hormone Avice

Any advice?

Drinking pattern is not a prob, I stop drinking if it doesn't mix well, as it is I never consume more than 10 - 12 units per week.

What would people reccommend...

Hgh needs to be taken for 3 months or more to see all the benefits from it, As for dosage 4iu a day would be fine.

Re: Human Growth Hormone Avice

It is my first course, I have been training 10 years never taken anything stronger than creatine.

I have been quoted a price...seems fair it the product works...

What are the alternatives?

Thanks for the help

Re: Human Growth Hormone Avice

Alternative would recommend if your first course would be a ten week course of test enanthate or cypionate for 10weeks as said of 500mg per week

Re: Human Growth Hormone Avice

You don't need HGH to lose fat mate.

There is a big section here on losing weight you can read.

Start off by eating less carbs and weight will go straight away.

Re: Human Growth Hormone Avice

The only thing i see you doing is perhaps slowing your own thyroid down a tad from the gh usage. Gh is not some thing that you should take by it self or take lightly fix up your diet and you will lose the fat start by stopping the drinking.

Re: Human Growth Hormone Avice

As above, no need for HGH, just diet and cardio and prehaps some stimulants?
Caffine, Green tea extract, ephedrine related products....

Why not post a sample days diet and your stats and let the experts (not me...!) give you some ideas?
