Hey All,

Any advice or input is welcome as im guessing alot of the guys on here would be more experienced than myself, and i have allways got great advice and help from this board.

I am planing for 2nd cycle. I just have a few questions, which i would be very grateful if anyone would like to input there thoughts.

Stats:
22y/o
6'1"
195 pounds -
10% bf
Training solid for 3 and half years
Diet is very good

This is the proposed cycle:

Wk 1-12 - Deca 2 ml E3D
Wk 1-12 - Sust 1 ml E3D
PCT:
Wk 16-20 - Nolvadex 20mg ed
Wk 16-18 - Clomid 100mg ed
Wk 19&20 - Clomid 50mg ed


Questions:

1) Should i run arimidex during the cycle to keep bloat at bay, and avoid Gyno? or should i run it if i start developing Gyno? If during the cycle when is a good time to start?

Arimidex 0.5mg eod ??

2) Is it a good idea to run HCG during this cycle? If so at what doses? and what time durring the cycle. Or should i run it after cycle?

HCG 250iu twice per week ??

3) What would you Change/Remove/Add?

4) Is PCT Good?

I'll get to the other Q's in a bit, or someone else will, but first what is the strength of the deca? and i would recommend that you stopped it a wk before the sust.

Not to sure of the strenth just yet, I will find out tho. A friend of mine acctualy suggested I drop the Deca a week or 2 before the sust, why is this?

What strength is that deca then mate?

Judging from the packaging 2ml vial (100mg/ml). Hope this helps.
