Im going to be starting my 2nd cycle at the start of May.

My 1st cycle was as follows
1-6 week Dbol
1-12 week 500ml sust (one shot mon, one shot thurs)
clomid PCT

i gained about 7lbs in total on that cycle, which i was happy with.

For my 2nd cycle im thinking about using Deca in my fisrt cycle.
The only thing is im not sure about the amounts u inject when it comes to Deca. plus i was thinking of only using 250 sust a week.

as follows
1-6 week Dbol
1-12 week 250 sust
1- 12 Deca (unsure of amount)

could anybody shed a little light on my 2nd cycle.

well mate... i'd do enan instead of syust if ur only doin 1 jab a week as u wont be usin the sust to its full potential imo as it contains prop.....

1-12 test enan... 1 jab ever 4/5 days
1-9 deca...200mg is low but u'll notice it prob... make sure u end the deca b4 the test tho!
1-6 dbol 30mg ish a day

clomid PCT and nolva on hand

if i were you id knock the dbol on the head and just go sust+deca eg..

sust+deca monday (250mgsust+200mgdeca)
and repeat for the thursday

thatll give you a total of 500mg sust+400mg deca. either that or bring the deca dose down to 200mg. personal choice.

you gained 7lb on your first cycle? what was your diet like? did you drop bf?

cheers for the help.
would i inject 200ml deca in one go, never injected it before.
i gained 7lbs after the first cycle, my diet was spot on, the only problem i got a cold before the end of my PCT, so not sure if that effected anything

hi cheers for giving me some advice on my 2nd cycle.
could u clear up some questions i have about 500mg sust and 400mg deca a week.
would i have to have 2 injections on monday and 2 on thursday. or could i do both together in one shot. because i have only done sust before i have no idea about deca??

no worries mate...

shoot the sust and deca in the SAME barrel... no problem... the deca should take away a lil of the sust pain also... mon and thurs will be fine...good luck
