 | Course advice pls. Hi guys just dropped in from muscle talk well done on site looks great.. Could you give me some advice on a cycle im about to start.. Stats : m 30 Weight: "About" 85kg roughly 15%bf Height :5'8 Trained: 4yrs Diet: usual KFC, i mean chick and tuna. Prev cycles: 2 . (dianbol) I have 10 vials test eth 1ml 10 vials deca 2ml hcg tamoxifen Not sure whether to run it for 10 weeks/1ml test / 2ml deca or increase as it may not be enough to every 5 days. Should i stop the deca a week before test then start pct 2 weeks after last test shot? Im also gonna run tamoxifen 20mg every day as last time i got a small lump, doh! When should i start tamoxifen at day 1 or 4 weeks in when the test kicks in and will it be ok in one dose or should i take 10mg morn and 10mg night? Cheers for any advice Johny!!! |

  | imo leave the hcg if you have a lump 500mg test/en PW deca 200mg PW run this for 6 weeks then switch to dbol or test/prop for 4 weeks run nolv 20mg ED through out the cycle get some clomid for PCT sorry for the blunt answer but the baby is booing LOL

 | I run HCG during my cycles and I dont think you will have a problem with this if you run the nolvadex too. Yes drop the deca a week early. I dont like starting 2 weeks after the test shots as the levels will still be too high. I wait longer like 21 days and even 25 days. Run that nolvadex for 30 days or even longer.

| dont sweat it bro hcg caused my gyno in the first place as hacks (the wise old ba st ar d) says, nolv can curb any nasty sides from hcg but IMO, why use it if it can add to a cycle which may agrovate your lump anyway?

| More than one hormone can cause gyno: Estrogen Prolactin Id say that if you are worried just add some proviron to the mix. Not too likely you will get gyno from the Deca at that amount but im sure it is possible. More than not if you get gyno then you will have to take nolva the whole cycle or maybe even A-dex. This is more expensive but actually in my opinion might work better. But if you are really worried than some proviron and nolva will work well. I felt the symptoms of gyno once when using HCG but it was post cycle and without any gear, It felt like a splinter in my nipple. Took nolvadex 20mg and some proviron 50mg and it went away in about 3 days.
