hay guys,

sorry to be asking loads of questions but im still studying lots to get my first cycle spot on 100%.

i dont have any one to talk to about cycle's or steriods full stop really. so thats why i ask so much on here.

ok iv posted up my cycle already but im looking whats the best pct for this cycle?

my cycle im planning is:

either sust or test E at 1 shot a week for 10weeks at 500mg per shot might run it for 12 weeks,

if i go for test c ill run it for 12 weeks. but at the minute im planning either sust or test e so i should be ok running them for 10 weeks


the thing is i cant work out the pct?

i no i need a pct but which 1 is going to be best and whats the best way of doing it?

i had some advice on a pct on another thread but im not to sure if i understand it?

i was planning either clomid or nolva but im not to sure how to do the pct cycle?


Clomid - 100/50/50/25
Nolva - 40/20/20/20


this is the adivce i was given, but what i dont understand is do i jab every day such as

day 1: 100mg of clomid

day 2: 50 mg of clomid

ect ect

i dont understand how to do the pct and how to add in the AI

any info would be brillent

i dont want to get this cycle or pct wrong so all info would be brillent

Clomid is a tab mate unless you get the liquid version which you drop under your tongue.

AI is only needed during the cycle if you get gyno symptoms such as itchy/sore nips. Again, it'll be a tab or a liquid.

The PCT protocol you have listed is pretty standard and should be fine.

Depending on which kind of test you use, start your PCT 2 or 3 weeks after last jab. Test e is 2 weeks, test c or sustanon is 3 weeks, basically because of the length of time each takes to get out of your system.

3 weeks from last shot add clomid at 100mg a day for 3 weeks, and run the nolva at 20mg for 4 weeks.

There's loads of different ways of doing it mate. There's no definite right or wrong ways, but there are ways that are "righter" than others lol.

Basically, 21-28 days should be enough to run PCT. The time to begin PCT after your last shot is usually 2 or 3 weeks, depending on the ester.

Clomid comes in 50mg tabs, nolva in 20mg. Most people do a kickstart method on the first day, then 2/3 of that dosage for another 10 days, then 1/3 of the original dosage for the last 10 days. That's quite a common way.

So:

Clomid - 150mg day 1, 100mg next 10 days, 50mg next 10 days

Nolva - 60mg day 1, 40mg next 10 days, 20mg next 10 days

Some people advise against using too much clomid though as it's reputed to have more sides.
