| Sexy Moderator | My cycle Progress (about time!) Hey there everyone. 6 weeks into my cycle (or is it 7) and this is the 1st update I have posted Sorry, just been hectic in real life atm. Right, Cycle was as follows. Week 1-4: Dianabol@40mg ED Week 1-10: Test Ethan@750mg WK Week 1-10: Equipose@400mg WK Week 10-13: Winstrol Depot@50mg (ED or EOD) Week 13+ Clomid or Nolva for recovery (Not sure yet) Initial gains were crap, as most of you will know by now, i dont respond to Dianabol and Anadrol very well. My starting weight was 207lb and this didnt really move untill my final week on dianabol. By week 5 i was 213lb and today (well last night) i am 224lb The gains over the last two weeks have been insane, as you can see. More or less a 0.5lb gain a day. My Bodyfat has stayed low too, clean diet with a BIG blowout feed 2twice a week. My strength has gone through the roof. Nailed 140kg Bench last night for 1 rep (after my normal chest workout) and repping quite happily at 100 - 120kg now. Deadlift, best now is 200kg Curls, 60 - 70kg Squats - not sure, will find out tonight This is about 20kg extra on most excersises (apart from curls, which is 10kG) Im looking in good shape too. Stats now are: Weight: 224lb BF%: 10 - 13% Chest: 47" (48/49 Pumped) Arms: 17.5" (18.5+ Pumped) Thighs: 30" Waist: 34" Future Plans. This will be my last cycle for a few months. Been on almost all this year starting the year with the Abomb/Sust/Deca/Winny Cycle Will take at least 8 weeks off, and may get one more bulker in before the year is out. I would be happy to be 230lb by christmas, but i dont think i`ll get there to be honest. After this cycle i am expecting to stay about 220lb and i would be happy with that. Next year gonna take it a little more steady, Prolly start the year with a good solid bulker, and really put 110% into everything (diet, training, supps) Then spend the rest of the year, cutting up and shaping up with maybe one small cutting cycle. | Sexy Moderator | Oh, Diet looks a little like this: Normal Day: 8.00am: Nlarge2 w/pint of milk 9.00am: Flapjack or Cereal 10.30am: 4 Chicken or Tuna Rolls 12.30pm: Chicken Baguette (or rolls, sandwiches etc) Crisps, Chocolate, milkshake, etc 3.30pm: (Usually dont eat here due to work, but will eat whatever i can get my hands on) 6.00pm: Train 7.30pm: NLarge 2 w/Milk 9.00pm: Meal (Chips, Chicken, Potatoes, Veg - Just a BIG meal really) 11.00pm: Pint of Milk then Bed Big Eat Day 9.00am: Nlarge2 w/pint of milk 10.30am: 4 Chicken or Tuna Rolls 12.30pm: McDonalds (1/4lb'er Meal, Large. Mc Chicken Sandwich, Cheese Burger and Large Milkshake (£7.49 )3.30pm: NLarge 2 w/Milk 6.00pm: Snack on Bread, Meat, etc. What ever is in fridge 7.30pm: Maybe a Pint or two down the pub (If a fri or sat) 11.00pm: Take away (2 x 1/4lb`ers from the burger van or a huge chinease) Would be snacking on bits and bobs most the day too ![]() Supplements: ALA@2g, Flax@1g, CLA@1g, Multi Vit

| Administrator | Just reading your diet and something lept out at me -- you eat your last meal of the day at 9pm then all you have before bed is a pint of milk? mate mate mate .. you know that your body rebuilds itself when you sleep - give it what it needs! A nice slow digesting protein ie casein (yeah I know a pint of milk would contain some, but not much) add a little whey as it has been 2 hours since your last meal and a few carbs. Try this: 200g Cottage Cheese 2 scoops of Nlarge 2 (if bulking) or 2 scoops Whey about half a pint of milk 1-2 teaspoons of Crusha milkshake mix (the liquid kind) If you buy bottled Flax oil you could mix in a tablespoon of this as well. Blend it all of for at least 20 seconds and voila! L

Only thing I would say is go for normal cottage cheese and not low fat version as it tastes bitter. If you like McDonalds milkshake, you'll love this!

![]() | For before bed I recommend Extreme protien, it's a blend of Whey, Casin, Egg and soya. Each protien digests at different times giving you a constant source throughout the night. I always have 2 scoops and 2 scoops of carbs before bed. Other than that your cycle sounds like it's going well
