Dividing the Dbol dose; what's the point?

I'm currently nearly half way through my first Dbol cycle and dividing the dose (35mg per day; 2 in the morning, 2 at lunch, 3 in the evening) and doing everything by the book. But I've been wondering for a while, what exactly is the point of dividing the dose throughout the day? Surely as Dbol has a very short half life you must not get a very high peak off 10mg at a time, and then to have been to the gym and come home and take the remaining dose whilst being totally inactive... what's the point in that? I'm sure it's not a great idea to take 60mg of Dbol in one go, but when you're doing lower amounts does it not make sense to do it all at once and get a higher peak? Also why do we take Dbol on days on which we do not train? Is it simply so our test. levels are not bouncing around all over the place? This might seem stupid to you and you've probably answered this question a million times before, but if I don't ask I'll never learn.

I think... splitting / dividing the dose into 2 or 3 secions throughout the day helps to absorbthe seteroid into the body at a steadier rate. I would say this is the same kind of reason for taking them on days when you dont train. like you said (? Also why do we take Dbol on days on which we do not train? Is it simply so our test. levels are not bouncing around all over the place?)

To reduce side effects and for safety you ideally want to keep your blood levels as constant as possible. In order to keep them constant, you want to divide up the dose of your substance as best you can.

If you were to take all of your dbol in one go, your levels would be highly elevated for a very short period of time, and then would drop down to almost nothing fairly quickly. If however you split up your dose throughout the day, your blood levels stay at a more constant level.

Another question answered! Nice work. I thought it would be best not to have your blood levels all over the shop, it just seems alien to me to not take something, and it have an effect an hour or so later, and that be it. But yeh ta.

You also take them on your off days because the muscle is recouperating and this will also help with positive nitrogen ballance so when you eat protein you will grow bigger.

Personally while I understand the split the dose theory I take most of the dose an hour or so before training... I find it works just as well and I dont have a problem with sides... if my daily dose is large however I do split the dose into two...
