Thinking About Dianabol

Hi guys,
I would like some questions answered about dianabol , i am aware this is an illegal steroid but am also aware it is a very popular one.
Ok i am 21 year old athletic man only weighing in at 10 stone i have started to concentrate on my weight training over the last few months but as i am not naturally big built i find it hard to pack on the muscle. i have been recomended dianabol by a body builder friend of mine who says it is perfect for me as it is not a 'hard' steroid,and good to get started on, although i dont wish to try harder steroids at this stage , i would like any advice or experience on a dianabol only cycle, i have a few quesrion which i would like clearing up, all advice and experiecne is very much appreciated , thanks

1) Will i lose all the muscle i gain whilst on dianabol if i only do 1 ,10 week course and then stop, although i carry on training??

2) as i am only 10 stone how much weight would i be lookin to gain whilst on the 10 week course of dianabol

3) would it be very noticeable to people that i have been taking steroids??
thats all for now guys , i do really appreciate all hel and advice

4) obviously i am taking dianabol in the hope to pack on the muscle, if i carry on doing my cardio work aswel as weight training would this effect the effectiveness of the steroid??

If you cant gain now you wont gain on dbol. Post your diet up, thats the key.

10 weeks would be a long cycle, you need more research.

And do you know what pct is?

You have come to the right place but dont jump the gun with steroids.

No you wont lose all muscle but you will drop weight due to not retaining water anymore.

You would probably gain about 15-20 pounds but most don't run dbol longer than 6-8 weeks.

I dont think anyone will notice unless they have themselves used gear in the past, when I see someone I know I can tell by they're water retention and how fast they pack on weight

It will still be fine IMO, you will probably only keep 5-10 lbs of what you gained on the dbol if you are running it at 50mg ED

Hi guys,

thanks for your quick response, all advice is duely noted, GTT , your right i have been told by many my diet is the problem but since i have stopped smoking (last month) i have been eating twice the amount i used to and also am eatign the right foods.

max , if my aim for the next couple of months was to increase some muscle size and strength fast would doing just one cycle of dbol help me achieve this?? i dont want to be taking steroids for years , to be honest i just want a kick start . what i dont want is to do a cycle of dbol and then lose all the muscle when i stop taking them???

If everything is in place and proper pct you should keep some muscle.

But you culd probably gain without dbol. Put up an average days diet and ur training for some pointers.

How long have you been wieghtlifting?

I am midway through finding an appropriate PCT, if i choose to do more than 1 course of DBOL would i need to do a PCT after each course?? or when i stop taking them competely??
i have beenweight training now for around 3 months properly although i have always been doin some weights along side my cardio work as i was a runner, for about 6 years now.

my average diet isnt great , willl be something like this:

cereal/toast/fry up + fruit around breakfast tme

i have a chicken and or pasta meals very often .

2 protein shakes a day

eat fruit throughout the day

You cant build a house without bricks. And You cant build muscle without food and protien.

Even on dianabol you cant make something out of nothing.

Have a look at the diet section, get your diet sorted and you should see gains.

Why don't you get some test and run the dbol for the first 4 weeks and start with 250-500 mg a week? you will gain size and strength.

Run clomid and nolva for pct approx 3 weeks after your last jab

Everyone wants to critigue diets when asked about juicing.
I like to give answers for what you asked. From there its your choice if you want to do it or not.

I apreciate why people would have a disclamer.

He stil wont grow on juice without food, but you are right. Anytime someone asks about a cycle diet is mentioned.

Payman if your serious start a journal mate in members pictures section. Nem is right your diet is lacking food simple, im no expert but it is obvious. If u get chance hav a look at my journal i started on just dbol. I hav 2 week left to run on my course. My circumstances are diff as i dont mind havin jabs too but iv only just started them so progress pics on my journal are all from dbol. There will b loads of dbol only jurnals on here probs. Hope any of this helps

These fella's are right though you need to work on the diet if you intend to grow.
Start working out your kcals and protein requirements.
You're going to have to get more protein in you than that and start pounding the eggs as well.
Look in the diet section at the keto and carb cycling and see what will work for you're work and living situation.

Sort your diet out and you will grow with the appropriate training, I'd personaly leave tv gear alone for a while and see how much a good diet helps.

Not a great diet mate; quite vague. If you're having a fry up your breakfast will be laden with fat. If you're having cereal there'll be no protein in there.

2 protein shakes - what are they, 120 cals each? Fcuk all cals in pure whey if that's what it is.

Get your diet posted up in the D+N section. FWIW a good assisted bulking diet should range from 4-6k cals for your first cycle, depending on metabolism IMO. You shouldn't be using gear at 10st and without a good idea of diet. Maybe train naturally for 1-3 years, then come back when you're 14-15st and ready to go .
