keeping gains after d/bol

im halfway through my first d/bol cycle and am happy with the progress so far.i was just wondering on how best to keep what gains i get?is it just a case of training extra hard when the cycle finishes?ive got nolva for pct,any advice would be great cheers

Hi Mate,
Some of the weight gains will be water retention so you will lose some weight when you finish your cycle.
Follow up your cycle with the correct pct..nolvadex in your case.
Keep your calories and protein up after you finish your cycle and try and keep training with the same intensity.
The worst thing that you can do when you finish a course is to eat poor and stay away from the gym.
Glad you are happy with your progress mate..long may it continue.

I would run the nolva like this:
day 1 60mg
day 2-17 40mg
day 18-30 20mg

I would also add some creatine post cycle too if you can get some.
ZMA, or Zinc at night last thing before bed time.
Tribulis post cycle is good too.

how safe is clenbuterol? Just out of interest. I don't know anybody thats ever used it, and I can't say I know much about it.

Clen is as safe as any other steroid really. There are reports that it can cause heart problems though.

i was going to wait until after i had finished my pct of nolva before getting my hands on some clen.is it safe to combine the 2?
