![]() | keeping gains after d/bol im halfway through my first d/bol cycle and am happy with the progress so far.i was just wondering on how best to keep what gains i get?is it just a case of training extra hard when the cycle finishes?ive got nolva for pct,any advice would be great cheers |

![]() | Hi Mate, Some of the weight gains will be water retention so you will lose some weight when you finish your cycle. Follow up your cycle with the correct pct..nolvadex in your case. Keep your calories and protein up after you finish your cycle and try and keep training with the same intensity. The worst thing that you can do when you finish a course is to eat poor and stay away from the gym. Glad you are happy with your progress mate..long may it continue. Cheers, Bazza. |

ZMA, or Zinc at night last thing before bed time. Tribulis post cycle is good too.
