basically my question is: if i were to do a 6 week cycle of dbol using 0.5 adex eod would the gains be much less than without the adex? if so how so and by how much? providing a good pct is in place would there still be some pretty decent gains and could a decent amount of them be kept?
if anyone has had any expereince with adex let me hear, even if you havent id like to hear some opinons as to what effect the adex actually will have on overall gains and is it still worth while doing this? i know a lot of the gains would be water so would the adex completely stop water retention? what sort of solid gains are we talking about?

It wont negatively effect lean mass gains but it will keep water bloat down, i wouldn't class bloat as "gains" though...

As for how much lean gains you'll achieve or keep, that will be completely down to your diet and training & PCT mate. Impossible to say.

im using adex during my test e cycle that i will be starting soon, dont know quite how much im goin to use though, it helps minimalise the water retention, when used with a good diet ovcourse.

Been running 1.25mg t350 e5d and found 0.5mg of Adex e3d has done the job, solid gains.

ive never known anyone to ever need more than 0.5mg a day of adex, i know some people who have taken 1mg a day and suffered withs ome real bad sides from it but everyones different i guess.

I red somwhere that Arimidex has a half life of 3 days and it's best to use as little as is needed to do the job.
0.5mg e3d does it for me and I've seen others doing 0.25mg eod so it's whot ever works, 1mg a day seems way to much.

im taking adex now in place of what i normally use (letro). 1mg isnt doing anything for me and my nipples are starting to hurt. getting letro tonight.

I know you've had gyno removed already in the past via surgery and are very sensitive, so not really suprised Arimidex is not strong enough for you mate but, it suffices for the majority of guys on most cycles for gyno prevention.

There's even a few guys on this board who have ran it at higher doses to reverse gyno lumps.

Just out of interest, what dose do you normally run Letro at for prevention, Andye?

i run letro at pretty low doses. 0.25mgs - 0.5 mgs is sufficient.

i ran it at 2.5mgs before to reverse my gyno and it worked somewhat.

i had gyno for years. puberty related made worse by steroids. i learned to live with it till about 3 years ago when i started with letro. i ran it at 2.5mgs for a couple of weeks and it drastically reduced the lumps and ALL discomfort went. bear in mind i had been in constant pain for about 10 years.

the gyno wasnt real bad but it was bad enough to me. i ended up getting mild lipo to get rid of the fat pockets but im convinced that if i had heard of letro sooner i maye have got rid of it completly wihout surgery

Adex hits your lipid levels pretty hard i would opt for aromasin.

Im in my 8th week of 500mg test e cycle and just starting adex due to supplier problems, im taking the adex at 0.5mg EOD so see how it goes. Im also taking the HCG now 1st week 1500iu 3 times a week then weeks 2-5 drop down to 500iu 3 times per week.

Hope the adex does enough to prevent the possibility of gyno!!!
