![]() | Ok, I'm just about start my 4th cycle. I've been training for on and off for around 8 years now, seriously for the last 2-3. The last 3 cycles have been Deca & Sust & D-bol for around 6 weeks 400mg Deca, 500mg Sust and d-bol tabs everyday. I didn't really start any PCT until the last cycle, where I had some HCG. I've never had any negative side effects, apart from the usual bollock shrinkage !, no gyno or anything. I've always got some Tamoxifen on stand by anyway. I weigh 11.5 stone (not sure what that is in pounds), I've got hardly any body fat. I've always struggled to make gains before getting on the gear, when I started out I was just under 10 stone. My diet is good, plenty of the usual stuff pasta, chicken, tuna, protein shakes, milk thistle, desacted Liver tabs etc etc, I know I need to increase the amount I eat, although that does when I'm on my cycles. I'm 28 by the way and 6ft. For my fourth stack I was gonna run: Week 1-8, d-bol tabs ED (Blue Hearts) Week 1-3, 400mg Deca, 500 Sust Week 4-5, 500mg Deca, 750 Sust Week 6-7, 400mg Deca, 500 Sust Week 8, 500mg Sust PCT 3 weeks after last shot of Sust, I've got 2 vials of HCG 1500iu and I was gonna get some Clomid as well. I would appreciate any advice be it positive or negative. Cheers Rob |

Week 4-5 looks a little heavy for me but maybe not for you. Could add the HCG for 2 weeks during your last jabs to get the nuts back so you will recover quicker. You did say you had some bollock shrinkage so you probably will get this on this cycle as well. HCG will help nicely for that. Dont run the HCG after your cycle.

| Gym Addict | You need to be taking in 3500-4500 calories per day as at 6foot and 11 1/2stone you have some natural growing to do, you should only run the d/bol for 4/5 wks as its very liver toxic dont taper the sust or the deca stick to the same amount per wk for best results inject the sust every other day, always use around 100mg more of sust than deca /wk and finish the deca one week before the sust. And get yourself some clomid for pct |

That is a good cycle, heavier than I have done before but I am a poor student :boohoo: Deca will shut you down hard and for a long time so it is a good thing you have the HCG, are you happy with how to use that? cos Hackskiii is an expert on nuts rehab You were thinking about Clomid? stop thinking and buy some, in fact buy a lot, you will need it starting with 300mg on day 1, 2-3 weeks after your last shot of sust. I would also buy some Nolva as you may get gyno with that cycle, if you don't you can always use it in your PCT. Keep a good diary mate, we have a journal section here, take photo's and measurements before starting, then keep a food/training/weight diary during the result s I think will be very good indeed. What you've posted up is a stack for someone who weighs a lean 240lbs+ at that height. If you're not gaining without steroids - don't try to use them to fix things - because you'll get FAR better gains if you figure out what's not working first and change that. Either your diet is wrong, or your training is wrong (overtraining maybe?). Fix them, and you'll have great natty growth and THEN do gear when the natty growth slows down. You've done 3 cycles of over a gram of juice per week in each and have totalled about a 20lb gain? Mate that's not a lot for that amount of juice, especially on your first 3 cycles, and especially at that heavy level. You REALLY need to figure out what's stopping you growing naturally. At 11.5 stone, you're nowhere near your limits to be doing a first cycle, much less be cycling heavier than people who weigh 50% more than you again. I am also pretty shocked at the replies to this - people are effectively saying that over a gram of gear a week is acceptable for a 160lb-er?? Some of you guys are even suggesting he runs that cycle longer??? :confused: |

![]() | The first Cycle I ran was 400mg of Deca a week and d-bol, for 6 weeks. The second was 400mg Deca, 400mg Test Ex and D-bol for 6 weeks. Third Cycle was 400mg Deca, 500mg Sust and d-bol for 6 weeks. I know what lets me down and that's my appetite, but it's hard to force down food when your just not hungry. It looks as tho I'm hitting it a bit too hard this time, so I'll calm down. If there's any advice on how to increase my appetite then I'd appreciate it. I don't over train, I just find it very very hard to make any natural gains. I'm 28 now so ? |

For your appetite, eat smaller meals more often. Force the food down you - if necessary blend it all up and drink it. How many calories are you getting each day, and where are they coming from? Post up your diet. With your current diet and training routine posted, people will be able to give you advice on exactly what to do. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | i dont think the course is too heavy but i dont see the point in increasing you Deca keep it at 400mg.. i would increase the length to 10 weeks though and stop the deca at week 8. i dont see a problem with using 750mg of sus but i would only use the D/bol for the first 4 weeks frontloading this way will give you a good bang into the course. what dosage on the D/bol are you going to do?? i agree with what has been said about HCG you should take it at maybe weeks 4 and 8 at 500iu's x day sat and sun... Sports Doc is correct for the clomid.... if you cannot eat then drink MRP's to get the nutrients in... |

![]() | I train three times a week for about an hour a time and split the routine, legs and back, chest and arms, shoulders and triceps, alternate sometimes depending on how I feel. I do 3 x 10 reps on all exercises and I only lift what I can, I push myself hard but not to the point where I'm gonna pass out. A normal days food would be 3 Weatabix in the morning, Bagel cheese and ham at about 10.30, lunch large tuna salad baguette (or chicken etc), fruit, bit of chocolate maybe a muffin, mid afternoon another Baguette, Dinner is the usual Chicken mash veg, Pasta, Chicken and Rice, and sometimes a small sandwich in the evening. I have protein shakes every now and again month on month off etc, I think I worked it out to about 3000/3500 cals a day. That is as much as I can physically get down me. High motabolism I don't know, I don't know where it goes ! |

You're exactly right about the problem being his diet - he needs to get this fixed to enable him to get good natty gains and then do juice later. Just because he's done 3 unnecessary cycles in the past doesn't mean that he should keep doing more of them! | |

Your diet is too low in protein IMO. You're not having any major protein intake aside from lunch (the tuna) and dinner (the chicken). Pound down the protein with more of your tuna and chicken throughout the day, and drop the things like chocolate and muffins. I think fixing these two things will give you a very quick 20lbs of mass naturally. Do a search for hardgainers training - there's heaps of info about hardgainer routines around. | |
