![]() | replys appreciated Made a lot of progress from my first course of oral Russian Dianabol thanx for the help. Now after giving the old liver a rest for a few weeks I've decided to do another course next week. Still taking the protein shakes and the good diet approach but i want to cut up after the second course. Self admittingly im a needle coward so any suggestions as to how i can do this? I'm curretly taking a tablet which is supposed to be called effogen (possibly spelt wrong) it's a small white tablet with a W imprinted on it. ( is it oral winny?) it's supposed to be a fat loss tablet?? Also what does flax seed oil do when you put it in your protein shakes??? All help appreciated guys Cheers. Jud6572 |

You are taking ephridrin which is not a steroid it's a respiratory stimulent but it does have thermogenic effects and is used in many fat burning supplements. How are you taking this? Putting Flax seed oil in your protien shakes will make it digest slower in the gut, giving you a constant supply of protein for a longer peroid |

First of all lorian and raven thanx for the rapid reply. Raven you have concreted my suspisions I tried extensivly to search the internet for effogen and failed. I had a feeling it could have been the ephidirin so thanx for your advice. Also I am taking the tablet 1 twice per day with a cup of coffee. This is what I have been told to do, any change on that? Also is this tablet really doing me any good or would I be better off on the oral winstrol? |

sounds a bit mad, taking stuff you dont even have a clue what it is, do you not think its a little better to do some research and then buy what you want to reach your goals? jmho You would be better off with winnie for cutting for sure, winnie/eph would be a good comnination, i would add some test prop myself, get over the fear of needles, i would be more scared of a liver transplant myself bro its not so bad peace |

Thanx for the reply OJ, Think you got me a bit mixed up here. Thing is I know exactly what the drug does and it's effects on the system. The reason I didn't know the name is because my supplies come through a chain of four people before they get to me. I have met the supplier though as I worked out in his gym but he doesn't know I get the drugs from him as a friend deals with it all. I try not to stay too close to the dealing side of things. thanx for the reply and the good advice on the cycle. |

Hey jud, the stretch marks are probalby from putting on some weight/ size really fast. The tightness in your chest is from that stimulant that you are taking. I agree with OJ on knowing exactly what you are taking prior to taking them. There are drug interactions with mixing diffrent things. The chest pains are a real bummer and would stop taking that stuff. I also agree with OJ on injuctibles verses the orals. The liver is an important part of life.

I dont know about the distilled water. I used to sell water purifiers, de-ionizers and distilled water have no minerals. Water has minerals in it and in its natural form minerals are present. If you drink distilled water it goes through your system and when you pee, you will pee some minerals. This is because when you drink distilled water as the water goes through you it tries to go back to its original ph and leaches the minerals in your body. Most foods are kindof deficient of minerals due to genetic altering and the fast growing cycles of foods with fertalizer. I would drink filtered water using charcoal. You can live without vitamins but minerals you cant live without. Like potassium regulates heart function, iron transfers oxygen in the blood, zink supports immune function. Sorry about the poor spelling as I dont have a spell checker...
