Oral only courses?

Hi everyone, I've been training for about 5 years now and although i've got my diet sorted and i'm happy with my training program, i think i've reached my natural strenth plateu?, so i've decided to give the juice a crack!

I've done a fair bit of research on what type of cycles are available, however, i want to avoid injectables. This is only because to me it feels a bit more hardcore, and slightly more illicit. For this reason i've gingerley plumped for an oral only course of Dianabol.

I know from previous threads that Dianabol only courses are not best ever, but if i've got the gear and i'm going to kick off with Dbol 30mg ED x 8 weeks, what can i do to best maintain the strength and weight gains that i see at the end of this first cautious cycle?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I wouldnt recommend running dianabol longer than 6 weeks, but others do disagree.

To maintain gains and keep strengh to the max, use clomid. The day after u take the last Pill, take 300mg of clomid, then for the next 10 days, take 100mg, then for another 10 days, take 50mg. Everything should be cool then.

I'll go against the usual train of advice and recommend that if you're running a d-bol only cycle which IMO is worthwhile then run it for 8-10 weeks at 30mg ED. Take some milk thistle for your liver and drink plenty of water.

To maintain your gains then take clomid as directed above and also load up on creatine after you finish the d-bol. This will keep the water in your muscles and presserve your strength gains

Seems good enough advice from raven there Remember the liver protectants though, they will be important.

yip good advice imo, remeber to eat big and go easy to the alcohol for the duration of the cycle..

Cheers guys all good advice taken on board. Going on holiday next week so i'm holding off till then but its buring a hole in my pocket. will let you all know how I get on!

Big T bit of advice here read my posts on oral only Dianabol. I've just finished my first couse and am well impressed with the advice given by the guys and by the results ive achieved and kept hold of!

Load up on protein powder 3 times a day,
Take milk thistle every day,
I never took creatine after because i wanted to lose the water for the defined look but great advice if you wanna keep all the size.
I've heard creatine with ephedrine works better than creatine alone.

I've got a lot of people questioning me if ive been on the gear since i finished this course and im so impressed im doin another one next week when my supplies come in! But only do 6 weeks and then rest 6 weeks IMHO

Do loads of research on the web...... but you wont find a site as helpful and truthful as this one. I know first hand cos I trusted these guys to help me through my first course.

Not a flame guys but if you're not ready to inject yourself, I don't think you are ready to use steroids.

Sticking yourself was a big thing for me too, before I actually went ahead and did it. It was only then I started to wonder what all the fuss was about, it didn't even hurt at all, I've been in more pain stubbing my toe.

Cheers Jud, all taken onboard. Jock, sticking myself is a big thing, not the pain but the psychological implications, though i'm pretty sure this course will lead on to ther things, thanks again for all the advice.
