| AD1+AD4 for 15 years old.. Hi! I'm 15 years old and I'm thinking about taking PH. The reason I want to take PH is that I'm 182cm tall and my weight is 144lb I've been training for about 3-4 months, ate like a maniac, and also used weight gainer and whey but I only gained about 1lb:( A friend of mine is going to start taking ProHormones(He is 17.5 years old) and I want to take it too so I can gain some muscles. What do you think? |

| EFBB Winner | I persoanly dont like pro-hormones, as u have to take well over the recommend dose. The other problems u have, is your nat test production at the moment will be at its highest. The best and most practical advice would be, eat more, make sure your training is perfect and u will gain more weight. If u still decide to do PH after any advice on here, just wait a while longer, and train for at least a year to 2 years.

| Sexy Moderator | Agree with Cheater, although i would rather see you take PH at this stage than to take AAS! Like cheater said, you do have to take over the dosage which can cost a lot of £££££££££ Give them a go, see how you get on. No harm can come of them Remember to eat big. I would reccommend Mag-10 if any. I gained well of this when i was smaller. Think about 7 - 10lb in 2 months. Paul

| EFBB Winner | Worth ago by all means. But imho, 15 is too young for any type of hormones. I know i was 17-18 when i went on my first cycle, and by all means, i was glad i did, but theres another part of me which said i should of waited.

I was training all the way through high school and hardly gained a pound. I found out years later that I was doing too much training. Give us an example of one of your workouts. How many callories are you taking in a day? At your age dont waste your money on PH they are not even cheap. Save up for a car that way you can meet girls. ha ha

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Stick to the basics, Squats for legs and some maybe stiff legged dead lifts for hams. Bench and inclines for chest, Pulldowns and bent over rows (cable or free bar) for back. Military press and side lateral raises and shrugs for Shoulders. You will hit the rear delt with the bent over rows. Standing curls and preacher bench for bicept. Close grip bench or lying french curles and pushdowns or bardips for tricepts. You can do abs and calves and forearms every day. Stick between 8-12 reps with 4-5 sets with a warmup. Then go home and relax. Keep it simple. 1 body part each a week. If you feel like lifting heavy do it. If you feel like reps then do it. Just go with what the body says to you. If you cant sleep then maybe you are lifting too heavy. you are young you can handle alot. Just dont overtrain. I would take some creatine if you want to fill out and take in a good porton of protein. Drink about a half gallon of water or more. Trust me the older you get (im 43) the more weight you will gain. Scott

| UK-Muscle Male Animal | I agree Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was Arnold. I agree with them. Just give yourself some time to grow. 3 months is nothing. Just be consistant. Dont for get, gear can stunt your growth and at 15 you arent done growing. A big tall bodybuilder looks more impressive than a short one. Just add some food and you will grow. It sounds like you will need to force feed. The best bodies I have ever seen are the guys that started off skinny. I have to diet to stay lean and how much am I going to grow on a limited food intake. Eat eat eat, oh yea and train heavy to stimulate muscle growth. Be smart 8 to 12 reps. See you in the Olympia! ![]() |
