as titled, has anyone ever used this before if so what results did they get & what is the best once to go for lossing fat & being cutted up ..............

Use both, Clen for 10days then swap for EPH for 10 days ect then back to Clen.

I'm glad you asked Zara, unless you have some obscure asthma I don't think the body could handle 20 mg's

i have used clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with good results. I am now trying clen eod with ephedrine on the days i dont take clen.

Used both in the past didnt find either of them effective for fat loss, only diet and exercise did that. Unfortunately the side effects of clen make it not worth while imho unless you have to diet to single figures for a show.

I run clen strainght through but take 3-4 days taking benalin to siulate receptors (was told this by a top level bbr)

Eph for pwo stims

Na, eph on it's own doesn't compare to Clen. I wouldn't run other adrenoceptor agonists like ephedrine/ephedra etc with Clen though, the sides would be too much, too much for me anyway.

I'd run Clen 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off and run the ECA stack in between.

Eph with cardio is good or clen if you wont be doing any. I take clen 2 weeks then eph for 2 weeks as stated but you will get more results from the eph and cardio such as running than clen by itself. Cardio on clen is hard work imo though.
Depends on how you wanna go about it really.

ECA stack is Ephedrine, Caffeine & Asprin mate. Loads of info on this forum about it.

You can't buy it legally in the UK, but Reflex does a milder legal alternative called "Sida Cordifolia Complex" - Or search Google for ECA Stack and you'll get tons of sites detailing how to put your own together using Eph.

IMO 20mcg of Clen is a very low dose, I'd be surprised if you felt any sides or benefit from using that amount at all,
