| I Have been training for just over a year now. Im eating 6 meals a day Typical Day's Eating: meal 1: 2 boiled eggs, 2 Toast, Glass of Fresh Orange meal 2: 120 grm serving of Progain Shake meal 3: Tin of Tuna, New Potatoes, Salad, Glass of Fresh Apple meal 4: 120 grm serving of Progain Shake meal 5: Usally A Pizza or Take Away meal 6: 120grm Serving of Progain Shake I have been thinking about taking dianabol to help me with my gains, but i need help to find out what i need to take with the dianabol to help with water retention. I need help with a cycle also, I am very new to steroids and could do with all the help I could get. I also read that Dianabol can bee taken with Sustanon, Deca-durabolin or Trophobolene for really impressive results. Could I please have your views? Finaly Should I keep up the same diet with the dianabol. Regards Dave |

| Sexy Moderator | Hello mate Dianabol will certianlly help, but i would not take it on it`s own. For a 1st cycle try the following Week 1-6: Dianabol@30mg ED Week 1-8: Sust250@500mg WK Week 9-12:Winny@50mg ED (depot or orals) Week 12+ Clomid This should give you some excellent gains. Keep the diet you are on, but just more of it. 6 meals a day is good, but just increase the size of each meal Paul |
