![]() ![]() | SHOULD I START A CYCLE YET? I am on my second week of clen at the moment, this will finish on Sunday at which point i will take 2 weeks off and then do another 2 weeks on clen. My question is when i have finished the second cycle should I start a bulking cycle. I have some excess b/f at the moment which is why i am on the clen to see if it will help. I dont beleive i will have lost the amount of b/f I want to by the end of the clen cycle but I want to start packing on muscle again as well. So basically would you say i should start my new cycle at the end of the month or loose all the b/f i need to first remembering im not at the muscle size i want to be at anyway.

| EFBB Winner | Depends how fat you really are. If your very fat, loose some, if your around 15% then maybe you can afford to bulk a little. How old are u? and also all the same questions as above?

If you have less % of bodyfat and bulk you will have less fat while you add your lean muscle mass. If you have more % of bodyfat and cut you will lose more bodyfat and less lean muscle mass. So I would take Mr T's advice here bro.

| UK-Muscle Moderator | I do agree but it all boils down to how much bodyfat imo. I have lost loads and still have lots to shift but im burnt out dieting and need a change so im gonna bulk. I think if you bulk clean you aint gonna gain much fat. Tyson imo if you have lots of bodyfat to shift shift most of it first then think of bulking if yo only have a bit then bulk imo.

![]() ![]() | STATS Height 5,8 Weight 200lbs Training Trained for 5 years on roids 10 years ago, returned to the sport and have been training 3 months Present Using clen New cycle 10 weeks on d.bol and cypionate as i used this years ago with great results Body Fat This is a hard one to work out as my arms, chest and shoulders are still pretty solid and as muscle weighs more than fat, surely the b/f chart i have will not be accurate. Well thats my exscuss lol but b/f reads at approx 30% according to my chart
