My First Cycle: Results

Hey Fellas

I'm 9 days out of my first cycle of:

300mg Deca
500mg Testex (Cyp)

Before Stats:

Height: 5'8"
Weight: 165lbs
BF%: 17%

After Stats:

Weight: 193lbs
BF%: 19%

I've held a lot of water during this cycle but I didn't bother with any Nolva or Proviron (they were in case of gyno), I'm not happy with the fat that I've gained but I'm currently cycling Clen and ECA.

I started off at 40mcg of Clen and increased the dosage by 20mcg every 3 days, I'm now up to 80mcgs. My cardio consists of 30 mins on a bike 2x a week. I also have rugby training once a week too so I don't want to overdo it. My diet is around 3500 cals, and I've dropped the number of carbs.

That's excellent mate, that's about 2 stone you've gained. You're BF is a little high but your fat-loss plan is fine apart from the fact that 3500 cals may be a little high. If you find you're not losing fat then drop them gradually.

If you are inclined to hold water then taking proviron throughout your cycle will work wonders

Your gains are down to my friend,you sweated in the gym,you were strict with your diet (least i hope you were)
Anyways give yourself a pat on the back and remember the things you dont like from this cycle..alter on your next one ie use your proviron etc :-)

Aye, agree with Leanman

Your gains are down to your hard work mate.

We played a little part in giving you our advice, but at the end of the day, you decided which advise to use, and made the best of it.

Congrats mate.

Dont worry about the extra fat, you also have the extra muscle which will have increased your metabolism, so you will eat up that fat pretty quick. Esp with E/C/A and Clen.

WOuld drop the cals to 2500/3000 tho

Agreed with paul there.

We can help loads and loads, but at the end of the day, u choose to listen and put the effort it, Advise = 10%, training and getting there = 150%.

Lower the cals a little to matey.
