what is the comparisson on the liver for say taking 30mg d bol per day and 3 average glasses of red wine per day (75ml i think). does anyone know?

if ur paying money for gear then go an drink ur wasting ur time if u ask me, if ur taking gear u should be into ur lifting serious enough to stay clear of the drink

hacks will probably expand more on this but alcohol is not good for your test levels. i think it converts to oestrogen am i right?

I once read that 1 anadrol was = to a double measure of vodka.

I think if you are gonna take orals then dont drink.
If you have a problem with drinking then dont do orals.
Do the injectables

This is what I do.
20 years ago I did a cycle of orals using anavar, winsrol and Deca 6 weeks in length and ate everything in site (junk food too) and drank alot.
My urine started turning dark and my poop was blond in color.
That kindof jacked me up some and gave me diaherra for over a month. Lost alot of the gains too and some bodyweight, like lets say 20 lbs.
They (Doc) said it was viral but when the cycle was finished my immune system was hammered. Looking back, I was not smart about it all.

Today, I would have changed some things for sure.
I would have run liver protectants.
I would have ran some PCT afterwards.
I would have ran some immune system builders like Echinacea
I would also have added some zinc and trib and vitamin C and other things.

But with injectables this all could have been avoided.

If you take gear and your body adjusts to it, then why wont it with alcohol? Cause I am sure that it probably does. Your hypothalamus regulates all your hormones. The thing is, you just cant fool the body. The body is way to smart.

It not only shows that alcohol lowers test levels, but also raises cortisol levels, and various other undesirable things.
