i have just got hold of some t4 and was wondering what peoples opinions are on it when dieting. I am also curiouse as to what dose people have run with this and wether they would recommend it or think that t3 is much better. I used t3 last year with good results and thought i would give this a try but if people think it will be a waste then i wont bother.

i think i read somewere what ever dose of t3 you would take you take double the amount of t4 not 100% on this tho.

Hi mate, have used both and found them both to be good. Also 100mcg of T3 = 400mcg of T4.
