Are side effects permanent

Hi can any of you knowledgeable guys help.
I've been taking (oral) 50mg of 'Naposim' (anyone know what they are?) a day for the last 3 months. My balls have deffinately shrunk a lot and my sex drive is nearly non existent and when I do manage it I only get a dribble (if u know what I mean).
Also my nipples have become enlarged with a little lump the size of a pea underneath.

Any oppinions on wether these are permanent changes or will my body revert to normal now that I have stopped taking.

Jimbo, if your question really is serious, it looks like you didn't do much research into steroids before you started taking them. Three months is an awful long time to be taking 50mg of dianabol per day! If you haven't already stopped taking them, I'd stop now.

As far as I know, gyno (the nipple problem) is more or less irreversible. It could have been avoided in the first place though by taking Nolvadex (an anti-eostrogen) when your nipples became sore or itchy.

As for the other part of your question, I think things should return to normal once you stop the dbol and your natural testosterone production returns to normal. To aid recovery, you should start taking Clomid the day after taking the last dbol (I think). This will kick-start your endogenous testosterone production. The protocol for taking this can be found somewhere on this site.

A word of advice - if you're going to take steroids again, do thorough research, and make good use of forums like this one. The moderators are all very knowledgeable and will give you pointers and constructive criticism of your proposed cycles.

The guy that suplied me told meI wouldnt need any Clomid ? cause I wasnt injecting/ taking enough to worry about , infact he didnt believe I could have developed the symptoms on such a small amount. As for Nolvadex is that something that can be bought over the counter or do I have to find another source for that aswell?

I'm not sure if there's any point in taking both Clomid and Nolvadex at this stage, as they both work in similar ways.

Some of the mods will be able to advise you on this. Raven in particular knows about this sort of thing.

As the guys have already said you should have done more research but stop the d-bol now. The side effects you're talking about rarely happen with d-bol but it has here due to the ammount and the length you were taking them. Clomid really isn't "that" necessary after a d-bol only cycle but it will help. I suggest you get 2 boxes of nolva and take 2 pills a day until they are finished, this may take the small lumps away from behind your nipples or it may not but it will stop them from getting any worse. The nolva will also start your natural test production again.

You can get a surgery option to remove the lumps if they become really anoying... I would only consider this if the Nolva doesn't work though.

I have continuous headache like a bad hangover. Any advice would be apreciated.

There shouldn't be any legal implications because of patient - doctor confidenciality. There not allowed to discuss you outside of the medical community.
