Clenbuterol cycle planned - advice needed - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Hi
I am looking to start a cycle (first) to lose a bit of fat before starting a bulking cycle next year. My training and diet is in check and am losing weight but need an extra kick!
I have read extensively on Clenbuterol however I am conscious of losing muscle definition during my cycle.
Anyone have any advice on what else to take with Clen as an ideal first cycle ... Thanks

well, clen aint a steroid so stacking isn't really an issue.

just be careful with clen, ramp up slowly and keep it to 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

ok, the way i do it is start at 60mcg the first couple of days then take it up 20mcg every two days till I hit 120mcg per day. i then run that till the 2 weeks is up. I then have 2 weeks off and when I start again I'll start at 80mcg, again increasing by 20mcg every two days till 120mcg.

120 is where the sides start to really affect me, everyone is different though and your own personal tolerance may well be lower. if it is your first ever time using clen, start low, say 40mcg and ramp up. It really isn't a good idea to go too high too quickly, one of the possible sides of clen is sudden death...

it works if your diet is good.

i never do more than 4 cycles/ 8 weeks...

like i said, start slowly, you will get sides at some point, it depends on your own tolerance as to how high a dose you can take... some guys top out at 60mcg, some at 200mcg.... once you get to the point, you will know it.. it really will be unpleasant.
