Well, i guess the tren i have is legit coz i got my first ever tren cough last night. have used it before but never did this. i normally jab in the glute or leg but last night i put virormone and tren into my left delt and within a few seconds i felt the uncontrollable urge to cough my guts up, which lasted for about 5 mins. Not very pleasant!

you dont get it with everything, however with some substances there is a little pain, nausea, cough, it normally passes very quickly. I have only ever experienced a sore leg once, on viromone, the injection was fine the following day and the day after that i could hardly walk,lol after that it just went as it came. lol try a search in here on the Karachi flu, or sustanon, you mind find something on it.;)

it in theory can happen with any injectible steroid, but something in tren makes it the most common substance to do it.

It's generally caused by nicking a bloodvessel/vein on the way in (although that's not a necessity), then injecting the substance too quickly and the muscle fascia not being able to stretch quickly enough for the oil that's just been injected to be contained, so it has to go somewhere so some of it forces it's way into the blood causing an instant cough.

but it's normally to do with injection speed and 90% of the time it's is poor injection technique that causes it, so slow down with that plunger! 30-60 secs per ml!

Trenbolone and tissue Duress
Trenbolone acetate is usually a black market of kit manufactured AAS. As such the amount of benzyl alcohol in the products tends to cause coughing and other respiratory trauma for some. (Not good. That is the body removing the benzyl alcohol by way of the lungs) Benzyl alcohol can be toxic to tissues in higher dosages. This is why the older Finabol and other black market preperations sometimes induced liver and kidney duress. Of course the amount of benzyl alcohol in those products was much higher than current products.

Maybe they are using benzyl alcohol, if not then I dont know, I suspect some sort of alergic reaction.

lol I take it you're one of the bang it in as quick as possible peeps then ;)

another tip is once you've injected let the syringe remain in the muscle for about 30 seconds before pulling it out, helps stop the dribble of oil from coming out that many get if they pull out straight away.

i usually find oil to be hard to push through the plunger so i normally take my time however virormone is very thin and the tren i have is very thin too and just goes in very easily. will take my time in future, lol
