![]() | Clenbuterol I used to work out alot, although I wasn't big I felt like I looked ok, recently I got married, it was crap... and I really let myself go. I've put on about 2/3 stone in weight and now I have decided I have to loose it, I have looked around at clen and think I will give it a try obviously being new to it I would love some good sound advice in regards to taking it, working out whilst using it and of course eating right.... i'm 5'11 - weigh around 15ish stones and a large proportion is fat... my lightest weight was around 11 stones, and i felt good and looked good. I want to use clem to shift those extra pounds then get myself bulked up again. last question, anyone know of a good source of clen??! thanks all... look forward to feeling and looking good again!!!! ![]() ![]() |

before you jump into clen, id want to be losing bf without any assistance tbh. clen is good but the sides can be harsh and it can also increase your appetite so if you're not in the routine with the diet then theres more chance of you falling off the wagon. that said if you want to then, for the first go id taper up to 100mcg, see how you feel.. I only ever run 2 weeks on/2 weeks off too as it tends to lose its effectiveness. |

Yup as andy says work on your diet first. you need to be loosing weight first then look at using clen as you could still gain weight while taking clen if you are eating enough. Id agree with the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and for your first 2 weeks go no higher than 60mcg IMO. |

thanks all an sorry - just jumped in an posted!!! :o) I shall start getting my diet back on track, I've been really bad with my eating habits, as of tomorrow I shall be working out again and cutting out all the rubbish... eating regularly and eating healthy (well I hope)... I will give clen a go though as I do want to shift the weight as soon as possible so I can start to build some muscle again!!! :o) |
