![]() | Gyno from M1T (advice usin supps) I've had gyno now from M1T since the end of July. I've tried a couple of different ways to treat the gyno, which was given to me by u peeps. Thanks for all the advice. I started using Nolva and Proviron, run these for about 6-7wk but the gyno was still growing and hurting even while running these. So i decided to use Letrozole (femara) which has taken the pain away and has slowly reduced the lumps in size. I still have a lump under each nipple and my nipples are still abit puffy. Im goin to carry on with the Letro and hope in time they go or are so small my nipples look normal. I've also been running 600 Vit b6 as was told this can help progesterone realted gyno, i'll keep running these aswell as something must be working. (Been on Letro & B6 for bout 5wk) When i found the gyno i stopped all my supps except protein and vits. I want to start using some supps but not sure if its safe to do so yet or if they'll effect my nipples. Can any one advise me if its ok to use creatine while on the Letro, dont want to minimize the strength of the Letro. And i've been thinkin of running R-ala at about 600-800mg a day, as im on a bulking diet but dont want to hold much fat. After researching R-ala it seems like it can keep fat to a min when on a high cal diet, and even help reduce studdorn fat cells. This would be perfect cause my pecs are holdin quite abit of fat at the min from the gyno. What do you guys think, would i be safe running creatine and r-ala or are these gonna make matters work??? Also, would running Winnie help get shut of the gyno. I've read somewhere that it might help. Not sure if this is true or not??? Thought this would effect my test levels and so could irritate the gyno. Wow that took some typing, hope i got everythin in there. Thanks for any adive, MIDDLE |

Lumps are getting bigger even though you are blocking the receptor sites and production of estrogen. Hmmm, might be wrong but at a guess it might be progesterone related. That is freaky. Are the lumps hard or soft? If they are hard, I dont think anything you do is going to help here, with the exception of surgery. Winstrol The use of Winstrol is also an effective method of controlling progesterone-induced gyno, as it is anti-progestagenic. An effective dose appears to be in the vicinity of 50mg eod (depot) or 30 to 35mg/day (tabs) although this dose may require increasing depending on the doses being employed in the stack. One important point worth mentioning is, although generally the progestins do not aromatise, there is an exception to this rule: Deca, as well as being a progestin also aromatises, only very slightly, but nevertheless, still does to some extent. Although this is not nearly enough to cause the large majority any problems at all, for those extremely sensitive to gyno, this small amount of aromatisation to oestrogen can be enough of an elevation to activate the progesterone. Very few people are likely to suffer this, but we feel it is a point worth mentioning.

![]() | Just to add to the above point about deca it seems to aromatise by a different route to the armomatose enzyme, so aromatose inhibitors are not effective! Its interesting that nolva and proviron did nothing but femera is getting rid of it, how bad was it to start with? I havent heard of any reason why creatine would get in the way of femera. With regards to the winny I wouldnt bother, escpecially as the femera is already working, you probably have gotten rid of the excess progesterone, but it takes a while to get rid of the glandualr breat tissue, if it all goes away. The risk with winny is that you shut yourself down again, and then during recovery you have a relapse of the gyno when you natty test is off/low. Good luck mate. |
