![]() | Post Mass building / cutting cycle question ? Hello I am new to the board , but from reading the posts, I am impressed by the wealth of experience and professional knowledge here. I have read American sites, but found a lot of hearsay and geuss work... That is why I wanted to ask my question here... Hopefully someone like Biker would be willing to help me out, I know he likes all the facts about a person before giving advice.... So here it goes. I am 26, 6'0, 209 Lbs... And, around 13 % body fat. I am a Endomorph body type. I just started a Sustenon Cycle and have been taking 250Mg for 4 weeks (First time Cycling). I have also been taking 20 Mg of Nolvadex every other day to counter act any chance of Gyno.. I have a previous problem with Gyno before I ever started lifting or cycling. I have 6 more 250Mg Amps, And, I wanted to start a Wynstrol cutting cycle after I finish with the Sustenon.. What I want to know, is can I go into a cutting cycle right after a mass building cycle? Or should I take time off in between and do the chlomid therapy? One more question I have, I have noticed some structural difference in my mass, however I have not noticed any weight gain at all.. And I don't feel as though my body fat has went down. Is it too early in my cycle to expect anything.. I know how to weight train, so my lifting routine is on par, and I know my Protien measurements, I am getting around 200 Grams a day. I take Whey after work out, casien before bed time and Soy in the middle of the day.. My caloric intake has stayed around 2,500.. And, I have kept a very strict watch on my fat and simple carb intake. I am also on milk thistle to make sure My liver is doing it's part. anyone who has taken the time to read this and is willing to give some pointers or advice would be more than greatly appreciated.. Sorry if I have made a ton of newbie mistakes and don't realize it. |

![]() | Thanks to everyone for the advice... I thought I had done my research, but realize that it is best to talk to more than one person... I was skittesh about the Calorie increase due to the fact that, I am at 13% body fat and I have been told to be careful while on Sustenon and keep my diet clean. I don't want to **** people off by posting my diet on a wrong thread.. But, I haven't been relying on protien powders alone.. I usually try and get between 70 to 100 grams of protein from meat sources in a day. Usually clean sources like salmon, turkey, chicken, and roast beef.. I chose Sustenon, because being a first time user, I wanted to see how my body reacted, and I was told sustenon was one of the safest.. I am a little apprehensive about going with D-bol or Deca to start with.. Because, I have been warned these carry greater risk of side effects.. Please correct me if I am wrong, but don't orals have a reater risk then injectables? Someone mentioned Soy was something to avoid.. I know Soy has estrogen effects in it.. But I am on Nolvadex right now, so I didn't really figure it would be to big of a prob. One last question for anyone who feels like helping a rookie out some more.. A reliable source had told me, that some people react to D-bol more than they would Sust... And, vice versa.. Does anyone know of any legitimacy to this claim, and if so what the factors might be? A friend of mine, very nicely cut built and experienced with a couple different cycles, had experienced this... He said on D-bol all that happened was he broke out, no gains even worth mentioning.. Then on Sust he Blew up.. This just had me wondering, if my body type or something about me might work in reverse.. He is a Mezomorph well, thanks all.. I do appreciate the free advice and time... |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | well your at week 4 of 250 sust? thats not a big dose, it usualy takes around 4 weeks to notice anything for me. yea some ppl respond to dbol better, theres no question it will blow you up, but for me anyway 90% is water weight & 10% is what i keep when i come off. if your only at week 4 and your not feeling the test & want to do a cutter, stop now and to 50mg/EOD inj winstrol for another 4 weeks

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | depending on how long you wanted to bulk for, but id follow jimmys suggestion. switching to winny will harden the muscle composition and make keeping the gains alot easier. cals, yes id say also are on the low side. even if they are all clean cals an extra 500 wouldnt hurt at all. youd just be potentiating the bulking process only reason to keep eating clean food is that with sust/dbol etc your more prone to holding water, but if cals are clean then its reduced.

![]() | Gains that I have noticed so far.. I have increased strength in all my lifts. I try to do a routine of 4-3 sets of 8 to 10 reps on presses.. I have been told that is the ideal reps for mass gain. My flat bench use to be 185 for those reps, now I am at 205 for the same reps... Decline was 205 and went up to 225 for the same reps, and incline went from 155 to 185.... My military press went up from 125 to 145. I really need to get my body fat measured again, I was 13% before starting the cycle... My body weight has only went up by 5lbs... But, I am only geussing that my body fat has not went down, because I haven't noticed any physical appearance change.. I do feel like my muscular structure looks a lot different though.
