Rebound course or PCT

I have obviously now finished competing for the year and I am not sure whether to do a short reboud course to lube my joints back up and get a bit of size back with a good diet, or go straight to my PCT with tribulus and ZMA train hard eat really well and get back on something after christmas and just let my body recover.

I dont know a lot about this matter so any advice would be greatly appreciated, if I did a course I would probably do 4-5 weeks of deca and testex possibly with a couple of weeks of naps at the start.

My diet will be broken down in a similar way to my diet but with more carbs and slightly more fats.

9 - 150g oats 2xwhey 2dts peanut butter
11 - 250-300g s.pot 225g chicken
1 - same with udos
3 same
5 - 75g oats 2xwhey (noxplode/liquid fury)
6:30 - build and recover
8 - balanced dinner
10 12hr release whey and 2 dts peanut butter
bed

I think I will notice a difference from training on a full balanced diet alone but please can I have people's advice who really know about the issue and which option they believe is better.

I started using insulin when bulking up pre diet, but I had GH at the time and I now have none, is it ok to use slin with aas cycle of even without, or do you have to use it in conjunction with gh

While you can, go for the rebound. If your only going for 4-5 weeks something lke npp and prop with your naps in the first 2-3 weeks? As for slin its fine to use on its own with aas, great for bulking and does not need to be used with GH at all, though many do.

Go for the rebound, its a crime to waste such a positive environment for growth IMO.

Slin is fine without GH, although you may not need it as you will be very sensitive to carbs anyway after the dieting. Play it by ear.

Use short esters or frontload the long esters to get the ball moving quickly and make the most of this time.

Anything really. Frontloaded long esters such as Test E and DECA, Tren E. Or the short ester versions. eg Prop, NPP, Tren A.

Personally Id probably use the long esters (higher concentration per ml)

Orals id probably use dbol or drol.

looks good id definatly do the rebound mate from what i have read on here people get real good results with it. once i get my bf down low enough were im happy i may do one myself.

will you document it in your journal out of interest??

id definately do the rebound post contest. during my rebound i reached my biggest yet at 104kg still with abs. ive not done rebound before after a show in the past, just PCT, ZMA etc. Whilst at first i was ripped i started to feel lil bit small, not normally a problem but then as i finished up PCT i obviously didnt have that hard grainy look you get on gear so i kind of looked contest smaller but soft and not ripped, basically ****. Now im off gear till prep for next show in 2009. finished LONG PCT Been off for two months and whilst i have lost that grainy hard look im still big (for me) with abs, and actually feel the best ive felt in years!

Rebound: Yes
Me: Big and little bit softer, drug free= happy
Me: Small and little bit softer, drug free= less happy

imo keep it simple dude..

150mg prop
100mg npp both-mon/wed/fri
dbol 30mg ED

5-6 weeks tops

u'll grow like a weed from food alone but that little cycle will defo help!!

I would suggest you go for it.
500mg Sust x week is all you need, slin if you want at 4 or 5 IU after training.
Would also keep 30 mins cardio in the morning 4 times a week.

ok saw stu, i going rn 1ml prop and 1tren acetate EOD for 4-5 weeks with 30mg dbol a day, with 4iu of insulin after training on training days only i think, wel to start with anyway
