Critique this cycle please - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Just woke up to a nice long text from my cousin who is about to start a cycle. He's 28, 29 maybe? Not too sure, around 16 stone with abs showing at about 6 foot 2ish I'd guess. He's got a long history of gear usage since he was about 18, has no interest in competition, just does it for himself. Anyway, he knows I'm always "clicking away on them bodybuilding websites" so he asked me to see what you all think, he got told by someone he'll keep more gains by running Winstrol before pct.

See what you all think...

1-10 Deca 400mg/week
1-12 Test E 750mg/week
1-6 Dianabol 40mg/day
10-14 Winstrol 30mg/day

12-18 Proviron 1ed (I'm assuming they will be 25mg)
14-17 Clomid 100mg going down to 50mg
14-18 Nolvadex 40mg going down to 20mg

Any thoughts?

the only thing i see (because i don't know your cous) is that it is a big drop from 1150mg per week to 210mg from weeks 10-14....

How would you change it?
He usually plans what he's going to do with his source as he's also best mates with him but just wants another opinion because it's something new. I'll try getting him to join the site, but it'll be a struggle, he hates computers lol.

Ok my 27p worth.

I'd run hcg from week two, loads of gear there and best to keep the nuts flush.

That amount of Test also with the Deca I would be running an AI from day 1 or if he's not gyno prone have it to hand.

And week 13 to PCT I'd run Prop with the winny.

as with what Harry has said the ratio with the Deca and Test in my opinion is off maybe either raise the test or lower the deca...
i would not run Dbol for 6 weeks when stacked with other steroids 4 weeks is enough...
i would not use winny at all i would use either Prop or Prop and Tren Ace for the last 4 weeks.....and i would run the HCG

Sorry, he was already planning HCG at 250iu every 3rd day but I forgot to put it in.

Okay, he can get Letro, he's never had gyno, so just keep it on hand? He said he will add the Prop and will drop the Deca to 1.5ml. Doesn't want to add the Tren because he has never used it and wants to use Winny for the 1st time and doesn't like adding more than one thing at a time.

So we've got written down:

1-10 Deca 300mg/week
1-12 Test E 750mg/week
1-4 Dianabol 40mg/day
10-14 Winstrol 30mg/day
13-14 Prop 100mg eod

12-18 Proviron 25mg/day
14-17 Clomid 100mg going down to 50mg
14-18 Nolvadex 40mg going down to 20mg

Letro on hand for any gyno.
HCG at 250iu e3d stopping at week 14.

If that looks OK guys he's due to start next Sunday, thanks for the help!

IMO -

Run the Winstrol at 50mg ED
Run the Prop at 125mg EOD

I dont like Proviron in PCT.

If libido is a problem, thats nothing Cialis wont solve.

well the prop is a strange amount beans would be alot easier for the guy to use 100mg rather than 125mg can you explain why 125mg?

why don't you like Proviron in PCT mate?

you wont keep more of youre gains imo but you will harden up and look better , id up the winny to at least 50mg ed mate, run proviron through cyce to if possable and a bit of hcg either in cycle or at the start of pct
Id run it with the winny the go into nolva/clomid/ai therapy 500-750ius eod but thats just one of the many protocals out there

all in all a nice cycle

100mg would be fine. Prolly easier also.

And the idea of weak androgens in PCT dosn't float my boat TBH. I know it shouldn't have any affect on the HPTA at that dose, but it's just not somthing I like.

Just IMO.

thats cool mate just wondering...as for proviron it has no effect on the HPTA even at much higher doses i used 500mg a day for 2months in 2006 and recovered after 9months of being crashed.....

Thanks for all the help guys, the Winny isn't used to keep gains, he's mainly using it to help him "dry up" at the end of cycle. He's a part time model and it doesn't look too good if he is really soft on photos.
